I bought a Philip Stein watch and the strap broke within 60-days and Jomashop did nothing to help me. Because they are not a Philip Stein authorized dealer, Philip Stein would not stand behind their warranty.

I bought Patek Philippe Watch recently. I have bought several items from you before. My experience has been positive but this time I am disappointed there was no warranty card in the consignment and proof of authenticity of the goods.

The frame of the sunglasses are very prone to scratches. I don't know if this is the same for all raybans but mine were scratched the 2nd day I wore them and put them away in my pocket.
