I was skeptical of Jomashop at first because I've never heard of it before. But after some research and reading reviews I decided to make my purchase there. The site was well built: clean, intuitive, and user friendly. The watch I had purchased, a Citizen World Time AT9010-52E arrived quickly and has been performing just fine. Jomashop states they provide their own warranty since they are not an authorized reseller so that is something only time will tell. But so far, so good.
I'm a watch collector and a watch lover. For over 30 years. I collect different complications and therefore all details count for me. What happened to me might serve as a warning for you: the watch send, was different from the one shown on the Joma website. This is a key issue of trust. How else can I judge what I buy? After complaining, Joma offered to take the watch back and refund the sales price only. So, not the shipment costs for the return (and for the new, right watch) and not the import taxes (EU country). This is very unreasonable imo. Joma misguided me and I should not have to pay for that. So please be warned!
