I love watches. So I went searching online for watches that are amazing quality at a good price. I came across Jomashop and saw just that; good watches at prices that I could afford. The service was great, and I received my watch 2 days sooner then expected. The watch I ordered was in oerfect condition also. I have ordered a number of Citizen Eco-Drive watches from Jomashop and had great experiences with each order. They have a very good selection of watches, a pleasant website that is easy to use, and really good prices. For a "watch junkie" like me they make it a little too easy in fact to feed my habit. My wife has had to buy a watch box for me to store my collection and it has open spaces... but probably for not too long. :)

They will find every reasons to not to refund when you are not happy about the item. They are extremely difficult to communicate and will respond to you only when they want. You will never get the response when you need. This was an expensive lessons I learn. Do not make same mistake!
The first 2 watches I purchased from them I returned, nothing wrong with them just did not like the way they looked on me! They were extremely fast in expediting return with NO questions asked, to my surprise! I finally bought a 3rd watch (Tag Heur) and love it! I will not buy from anyone else! They are very careful packing the watches and they ship promptly! Also they have the VERY BEST PRICES! And a top notch selection! I use to buy my watches (I am a watch collector) from World of Watches, but now I will only do business with JOMA! I strongly urge anyone looking for any type of watch whether it be casual, sport or dress to check them out! I know you will not be disappointed!

I originally ordered a Certina that was not in stock and had to be back ordered. I was unaware of this when I purchased online. It took long enough, that I changed my order to a Certina that was in stock and had it shipped to me 2 day air. It arrived on time. Problem is, that it was advertised as a 40.5mm case. The watch arrived and is a 45mm case. I bought this watch for my son who has small wrists, so the 5mm difference was a disappointment.
Product was exactly as expected at the lowest price with fast shipping. I am very satisfied.
