The price for the Oris Williams was perfect. The watch was delivered in a very short time. I was very happy with the entire buying experience from Joma. I did have a problem with a lost screw that attaches the band to the watch base. I do believe that this was not the fault of Joma.

The product it's self was great quality but the service and communication could be greatly Improved. It was not clear whether the price was converted to a different currency and there was no option to change it either. When at the check out option the price was in AUD, but this was not the case as I was charged for the conversion price. I emailed a couple of times but didn't here anything back for a couple of days and finally when I did get an email it was nothing to satisfy my disappointment.
That was so nice! The shipping was fast and the update of everything (charges, shiping & etc) were very efficient. Of course, the Jomashop is a really excellent store with wonderful reputation though.
I would say Jomashop's service has to do with what they sell: precision. I have received what I wanted on time. If it hasn't been available they have sent me a communication telling me specifical times of delivery. I could not been more happy.
