JomaShop offers a great value on all of their products, and a great customer experience as well. The products I have ordered have all shipped in at least the time stated or quicker. Everything you could buy at a jewelry or department store for less!
Ordered a Fortis watch in Titanium that the page said was in stock and ready to ship. When I placed the order I got an email that said it was not in stock and would take 3-5 weeks. I waited two weeks and contacted customer support to switch it to the Stainless Steel version if they had it. They switched the order and gave me refund for the difference and I got the steal version in 3 days. The price was still good, but maybe some compensation for the wait time. Watch is excellent, paid $600 less than retail. Order# M*******

I have picked up several watches from JomaShop and keep coming back for more! Got my Diesel Badass for $60 less than anywhere else. The selection is awesome and the sales are great! Shipping is fast and I like the warranty. I do recommend JomaShop to my coworkers and friends.
I bought a watch from them. Less than 8 months later the numerals/time markers fell off. After multiple tries, I finally reached customer service. They told me that in order to get warranty service I had to mail it back at MY cost. A few weeks later I got the watch back UNREPAIRED with a note that it was out of warranty because of impact. I called customer service back to say there was no impact - i had not, as he claimed, dropped or smashed the watch. He repeated some platitudes but when I asked to see the photos they supposedly had of the signs of impact, he said he could not show those to me. AVOID!
I didn't care for the first watch i bought. They made it very easy to return. I love the 2nd watch i purchased. I will buy from this site again.

I've brought a Men watch and recevied as a defected one. How in the world the second hands on a watches that jump every 2-3 seconds everytime when it move? I have to return the first one and receive the second one still the same defect. So I am not happy and want a full refund. I end up talking to one of their supervisor on the phone: *, and he said he don't think its a defect even the second hands not jumping every second!?! And then also told me I should be happy and said Thank you to them since they are willing to Refund!

Happened to land on JomaShop almost by accident and find it to be a little hidden treasure on the internet for great prices on authentic watches. The site is very easy to navigate. I compared shopping and inventory with many other online retailers and settled on my purchase with JomaShop. Purchase experience couldn't be easier, shipping was fast with great packaging an item delivered as promised.

About the watch; most battery operated watches (Quartz), will show low battery in the form of a skipping seconds hand, this is probably the case here. Jomashop takes full responsibly for poor batteries upon receiving the watch.
