1. Nixon watch arrived in plastic bag wrapped in brown paper. No box
2. No Nixon tags or instructions warranty
3. Terrible customer service support
4. Manager rude and arrogant
5. Asked him to send email what he promised, told me to call back on Monday to remind him because they close early on Friday.
6. Refused to send me Nixon box warranty and tags because, I posted, negative reviews.
7. I paid for new Nixon watch with factory box, warranty and tags... not what I received.

Received email from * Customer service Manager stating they wouldn't send me a box or provide refund as promised because I posted negative reviews. He stated he would not respond to any further emails unless I removed negative reviews... are you kidding me, sounds like extortion.
He offered to refund for the product... I would never see my watch or money again... read other negative reviews on poor customer service...
"If you wish to respond, I think it's best if you did only after you removed the reviews as I cannot offer farther responses. I offer this response only because I care about the issue and I do not like that we sent you the watch the way we did, I apologize deeply, if you wish to return the watch email return via contact us pages they will consider the request. I am sorry but I will not respond as long as your intention are the same."

This was much better than I excepted. I got a name brand watch for less than name brand price. I'm very impressed I was expecting it to be fake or scratched or something wrong but the watch came in perfect and it is actually from that brand it's not fake as JomaShop guarantees. It makes a great gift because it's not as expensive, I will definitely return.
