I ordered a watch as a birthday gift. Even though the Web says that it can be shipped in 2,3 days, an email from the company later informed me to be 2,3 weeks after I placed the order. I waited for about 3 weeks, and it was still not available. I ended ordering another watch, which was delivered promptly. This happened to another order. But over the products are nice and prices are great.

No signature was required for a watch they say was delivered and left at the doorstep. Unreal. I called Aug, 8th ish. Was told they needed 14 days to sort it out. I was never contacted back. When I called back I was only told it was still under investigation. Was told again they'd call me after the investigation was done and a decision was made. Here we are September 30th. Still no phone call back or refund issued. I attempted to purchase a movado. Not an inexpensive watch. Price was the fairest online. Well now I'm out money and a watch. Thanks the big F U!
