The order was processed quickly and the watch looked fantastic. JomaShop was great with order processing, delivery and packaged as I would expect.
2 issues of concern:
1) A pin in the band came lose and would have fallen out had I not seen it. I needed to take to a jeweler to fix... not what I expect from a Movado watch
2) Battery died 2 weeks after receiving it.
Both items fixable and I love the watch however these 2 items left me with questions.
I've previously shipped in various watch e-commerce websites and by far, this website is the best With its daily promotions and large scale producta.
I had the opportunity to buy a watch for my girlfriend and was very satisfied with the quality watch, along with promised delivery. One thing I would recommend is to have info on customer age and job question so as to know what kind of audience the company should persue.
Price is excellent and competitive. Most people don't know Jomashop so do some partnership in promoting the brand with a popular YouTube's or Facebook star. Something to make Jomashop unique from other watch e-commerce brand would be awesome. Making other top gadget bloggers and men fashion designer/fashionista would be pretty powerful in creating Jomashop brand building value.

I've been getting the JomaShop newsletter for years, perhaps but was never tempted to browse. But one recent Citizen watch caught my eye because of the style and price, so I jumped on the opportunity.
It was such a seamless experience... from ordering to delivery, I think it might just become my favorite watch shop.
After buying a Victorinox watch in Jomahop I wrote to the customer service in order to ask some question about the battery and other important items of the watch. The answers I received were in all cases very poor and non profesional... so, via chat I asked the e-mail of the chief, *.
I wrote to * three times in order to clarify the situation and ask a more profesional and serious response... but never answer me.
I am really dissapointed with Jomashop and much more with the customer service, although they say they are proud of it... amaizing!...

In your emails to us, you asked us about the manufacturing details, specifications of the watch and many other details you can both find in your manual and get accurate answers from the manufacture, we all have given you the attention and answers to the best of our knowledge.
Please read one of our responses to you (Fri 8/26/2016 12:33 PM) and ask the manufacturer for the answers we could not provide.
It will be extremely unprofessional for any seller to answer any detailed manufacturing questions of that sort or to even attempt to answer them, these detailed questions are not released to sellers in general.
