I purchased a beautiful movado without there jewelry store mark ups or haggling. I found the watch I wanted for hundreds less then zales. I have always bought my watches from Kay's and zales and hate dealing with the turnover employees trying to get a sale. This was hassle free. I picked my watch, applied for credit, immediately got approved and ordered my watch. 4 days later the delivery truck pulled up and my watch, luxuriously packaged arrived. I now get updated emails on great sales and plan on getting another one once I post this one off. If you are looking for great customer service with outstanding customer service. Look no further. I bought citizen eco-drive a high quality watch. So far I didn't have any problem with the order. I got a good discount compared to amazon but when I received the order the box didn't look like new. Even though they sold it as a new watch, I feel like may be it had been returned from some customer. There was not wear or tear in the watch itself but the box was definitely not new. But my overall experience is very good with this site.

I like jomashop for price and simple interaction. I've been wanting to have IWC Pilot and Omega PO. When I saw them with on jomashop with really good price I went ahead and ordered them and received in days. Coupons worked and changing shipping method via phone call was smooth and easy. No wait on the line either. I got them in quite well secured package. Watches inside were what I expected.
Simple and hassle free interactions in getting what you want at a great price. I wish all retailing service is like this.
Only downside I can think of is email. It sends emails daily (though it goes to junkbox). It seems a bit excessive but whenever I see them those really tempts me and make me visit jomashop again. After all I'm a watch lover

Jomashop is sorry about the watch and your experience.
Unfortunately water resistance does not mean water proof and also does not mean that only submerging the watch is what it needs to resist. The moist in the humid air can be enough to cause "fog" to appear in any watch regardless of the make or brand or model if and ONLY if the crown is left open.
This happens mostly to Pull/Push crowns and while it may happens less with Screwdown or Locktight crowns.
Nevertheless, we try to service the watch regardless that the issue itself voids the warranty. We clean and service he watch if not already damaged by the moist and return the watch once completed.
