I ordered a watch for my boyfriend on January 31st. It was supposed to be a Valentine's day gift so that's why I ordered it two weeks ahead. A week went by and nothing. I started getting worried so I called them. First of all, I called like 3 times and waited in line for like 25 minutes until someone had the decency to pick up the phone. Then she said, that "apparently" the courier couldn't find the watch but that they would look into it. Okay, I was upset but knew that it wasn't completely the company's fault. However, another week went by and nothing. About now I was really irritated. No one would answer my calls, emails, or chats. It was already like February 28th and finally, someone sent me an email just saying they would fix this soon. Somewhere on the first week of March I get an email from a computer saying I've been refunded. No apologies, no nothing. Do not purchase from this company, they do not care about their customers.
Best awesome quality product i hve bought 4 watches in this year and all the 4 are unbelievably amazing no complaints at all I suggest pple to buy through jomashop instead of buy the same product from branded shoes its cheaper then the market price nd worth buying it
I was very pleased with the first purchase of the Jomashop for the Tissot T-classic(M*******). I think it is better to buy it by eye because of the nature of the product called watch. Especially because I live in Korea, I have to inspect the goods through the shipping agency, so the risk is bigger. However, I could not find fault in watches purchased at Jomashop. There were no missing parts, and shipping was fast. I will also consider Jomashop as a high ranking when purchasing the next watch.
Bought this watch as gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. The ordering process was seamless and shipping with tracking was fast. Overall great experience.
Made a second purchase with JomaShop, even though a TAGHeuer watch I purchased from them several years ago didn't go well (stopped working after a couple of months, sent it back to them twice, asked for a replacement, they returned it claiming it was a replacement but it had the same serial number!). Anyway, the minor purchase I just made from them - a Montblanc pen holder - came quickly and without any defects.

The screw in crowm for the return timer only lasted for 45 days. Can't screw it in now. Not covered in the warranty. If I made something of quality, it should cover ALL workmanship! I would not recommend this Sea King to anyone. I had a MTM Patriot going on its 5th year, it got stolen, the only thing I needed to do was put in a new battery. It worked and looked just like the day I bought it. I am glad I only paid under 200.00 for it, 775.00! What a joke... Glad I didn't pay that much for something that is not water resistant anymore.

This also means that we can "Pre-Order" those models that are not psychically stocked, we mark these items with a "ships-in" availability and add an estimated timeframe directly from our supplier.
"Out of Stock" Items are marked as such and this means we cannot "Pre-Order" them and the "Buy Now" option is hidden and replaced with a "Notify Me" option. Once you have submitted your email, we will automatically send you an email when the item is back in stock.
In conclusion, Jomashop has 3 item availably statuses;
"In Stock" - Can be ordered and ready for immediate shipping.
"Ships in" - Can be ordered but will within ETA posted.
"Out of Stock" - Cannot be ordered.
This is explained in the appropriate locations in the Help Center at the bottom of every page on the site.

I bought a Montblanc's belt and I didn't have problems, all right!, the product is exactly I ordered and arrived just in time.

Update;
We requested images of the item, it turns out that the customer made a simple mistake.
The box clearly writes "BOX MADE IN CHINA". The box and booklet were made and printed in China and NOT the pen. The box can be made anywhere while the item made where it is supposed to. The box is not the product and where it was made does is not related to where the item itself was made.
This is exactly why we reminded via the post before, that any such claim MUST be coupled with a manufacturer's official letter.
It is never pleasant to receive anything other than ordered, however, it is also uncalled for to post reviews that are based on assumptions and less factual.
It sadness me to write this update and before I did, I have asked the customer to write his update sharing these facts.

Normally we do not respond like this but this is uncalled for. All our items come directly from authorized suppliers and distributors.
The origin and make of any item is controlled by the manufacturer and is to be verified by manufacturer only! And must be in writing!.
Any such, assumptional claim made without proper paperwork from the manufacturer is inappropriate and false.
Once again, it saddens us to respond this way but must share some facts as well.
