I love Jomashop, have been a customer for at least 5 years and have bought several watches, sunglasses and jewelry from them. Always high quality and whenever you here was a problem it was handled quickly and equitably. To the point that it makes me feel bad when something goes wrong. This is the third Glycine I've ordered. The first was not as described and was returned, no problem. The second had not been shipped in 2 weeks and I cancelled the order. Again, no problem. This last one was ordered Sunday night. After about an hour, maybe two I realized it was not a good time to make a purchase so I sent an email through the website to cancel the order. Mind you, this is Sunday night.
The following AFTERNOON... more than 12 hours later I received an email saying hat unfortunately the item had shipped and it is now impossible to cancel the order.
Okay, I should've been sure before purchasing and that did say I could return after receipt by requesting a return authorization but now I feel funny asking for one and even if I do, fear they will charge a restocking fee.
