Had a question after i ordered about the watch and about shipping costs. Turned out that I had already been offered free shipping and I received an email clarification about my watch-related question. Watch arrived much sooner than expected and was in excellent shape.

The JomaShop website. When I saw their prices for the genuine article I was amazed. I contacted customer service to see how long shipping would take. I talked to a very nice gentleman and he explained th shipping procedure. I placed my order and the watch arrived a day early. It was in the original packaging with all the authentic additional things that Movado provides. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to anyone that wants a quality time piece at a great price. M15H3424.

Having never purchased from Jomashop - I decided to take a chance and am so glad that I did. I was in the market for a specific pair of Ray Ban's and happened to find them at Jomashop for significantly less than other retailers. I was a bit hesitant, until I heard their customer satisfaction guarantee, and figured I really had nothing to lose. The sunglasses arrived and they are perfect! JomaShop has an incredible selection of great items. My first purchase was a men's watch. Navigating the site was easy, and I was offered free shipping on my purchase. Shipping was fast and the watch was fantastic. The best part was the price. Amazing!

I recently went back for a pair of designer sunglasses and had another fantastic experience. I had to call customer service with a question about inventory, and even that was great. No long hold, and an actual, live, English-speaking CSR helped to answer my question. It was great all around. Great price, free shipping, and a quality, legitimate designer product.

I researched various models of the Tissot T-Touch watches and online sellers and ordered the T-Touch II T047. 420. 44. 207. 00 on JomaShop's site. Then my aggravation started...

JomaShop advised me that the 2-Day Air shipping I selected was overkill for a package going to North Carolina and USPS Priority Ground would get it there in just the same time so I took their advice. Then I watched as delays made the trip 4 days.

When I have received other 2-Day Air packages they were always sent 'Signature-Required'. This package was dumped on my doorstep without so much as a doorbell ring.

I was somewhat familiar with the features of these watches from my research but went to the manual for setup and calibration. One of the reasons I bought this watch is the very readable backlit digital dial. After trying various combinations of the three buttons on the watch I cracked the manual - NO MENTION of the light function or how to use it.

A check of the internet indicates that Tissot must be aware of some of the deficiencies in the manual because an online manual indicates the light works when the 'T' Button is pushed for 5 sec - unfortunately this incurs a 'beep' which, in practice, awakens my wife.

But even the online manual doesn't indicate how to setup some of the functions - at least to me.

I contacted JomaShop by text message through their site and 10 days later no response.
