I placed my order in mid-April for my wife's law school graduation in the end of May. I expected a few days delayed. After the order was placed, I received an email to indicate that there's a 3-5 weeks wait. I waited +5 weeks. After several frustrating calls, I gave up and canceled my order in June (way beyond 5 weeks). The last call I made with the representative, they told me that this watch will be an additional 6-8 weeks. I was offered another watch that is double the price. Regardless of the price, that is not what my wife wanted. My complaint/advise is simple. Don't do online business if you don't have sufficient inventory capacity. Food for thought: Over promise and under delivere is not how Amazon became who they are today.
