I am currently in the middle of dispute between Jolly Chic and my credit card company.
I placed an order with JollyChic, I received no confirmation email and when I tried to log in I was told my email address wasn't registered. The money, however, was taken from my account. Upon contacting JollyChic I was told that there was no record of my order or email address and was repeatedly told to "try again" which made no sense.(the customer advisers speak very poor English making it almost impossible to communicate effectively)
I provided them with my transaction ID from the bank and again, no record.
This is still ongoing, I would definitely advise potential customers to STAY AWAY if you want to avoid stress and hours of going back and forth between your bank and JollyChic's terrible customer service.
Why are the reviews so vastly different... no middle road comments!
Could it mean that the positive reviews are set up and all part of the scam?
Unhappy customers should push for Facebook to remove thier right to advertise. It's wrong that innocent people are being duped. They should be stopped for advertising!

I ordered a jacket off the website jolly chic on the 11/8/2015.
My order number was M**************.
I emailed the customer care team on number occasions ( 21/8/15,24/8/15 28/8/15 &29/8/15 & 30/8/15). With every response I found my questions weren't being answered but rather avoided or the same answers given again as if it was hassle to respond to a paying customer. The Communication skills of your customer care team are shoddy at best.
My questions were in relation to the delivery address as i was moving address at the end of August, I presumed that my delivery would have arrived long before that considering the delivery charge and the fact that in a email i received yesterday i was informed that on the 20/8/15 my package arrived at the destination airport. 10 days later still no sign of the package and now if my package ever arrives i wont be in the house to collect it.
This is by far one of the worst on line shopping experiences ive had. They take the money from your account that day and from then on they don't care.

My tops I ordered in my usual size proved to be quite small and unable to wear. I ordered these for my grandaughters wedding. Upon talking to Wendy on the chat line, she was very nice but in order for me to return these it would cost me a lot so could not understand that if I am not happy why would I have to pay this. She did offer if I wanted to keep them she would give me a bonus but upon trying to use the bonus I had to spend up to $69.00 to use this which meant I would have to pay $49.00 more of which I am only on social security which is a fixed income and is hard to do. Hopefully there is something more that you can help me with. The tops ran very small so was unable to wear them.

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago now, with no sign of my order still I can't believe how awful the service is for this company! I have had emails promising my order every day this week still no sign of it, the yodel tracking number they gave me doesn't exist and when I called they said I "have no choice but to wait and it might come in the next 2 weeks"! Please don't bother using this company they lie about your order and ate rude and unhelpful. I'm so unhappy about this and fifty pound out of pocket!

Answer: Their size "large" would fit an American Girl doll. I cannot even imagine what a size "small" would be like.
