Horrible experience

I would not recommend buying from this company. My daughter ordered 2 dresses from the drop down size menu, the not custom sizing option, and when the dresses came neither one fit her. The one dress was too big all over and the other one was too small in the top (it was a two-piece dress). I emailed them the same day and after 5 weeks of emails and many photos being sent to them, they would not send me the return paperwork. I went through 4 customer service representatives and nothing. They were extremely focused on $$$ not customer service.

I ended up selling both dresses for less then I paid and in the end was out $120 dollars. Please learn from my horrible experience and do not order from them.

This is a terrible company! My daughter ordered a Homecoming dress in 2 sizes. She did not notice that the website said these dresses are made-to-order and that the return policy makes it extremely difficult to return. The website has a lot to look at and she was just focusing on the pretty dress she found. She ordered it in two sizes, as she was not sure which size to order, despite looking at their sizing chart. She found out the hard way what the return policy is. Despite an email chain from her to the company, and from me to the company we were not given satisfaction. I told them that it should have raised a red flag when they saw that my daughter ordered the same dress in 2 different sizes, and they should have contacted her to make sure she knew the strict return policy. Neither dress fit her well - they did not match how the dress looked on the model on the website. I do not think the Customer Service people read English very well. I noticed there is a London address at the bottom of their website, and elsewhere I saw they are based in Hong Kong. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered a dress from this site. Fit was great. Timing was great. Dress is horribly made though. There is 3 inches of excess material at the back neckline that gaps. Cannot be altered or fixed because it is covered in lace appliques. One arm hole is cut larger than the other causing gaping on one side and digging into arm on other. Front waist line fabric puckers. Appliques hang over actual dress everywhere and therefore just fall over and hang where they shouldn't. Customer service has been terrible. I was told to have the dress fixed at my expense. Its not a fit issue! Its pattern cut and construction. Very disappointed and finally had to file a dispute with my card company.
