Jolly Prom is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They advertise a product that they know they are incapable of producing. I ordered a dress from a picture on their website and what they sent me was a joke! Parts of the dress were not even finished. I spent about 3 weeks trying to send the dress back for a refund but they refused. I was told first, there was not anything wrong with the dress--even though I sent 15 pictures with everything that was wrong. I was told to send it to a tailor to have it fixed. I was finally told the most they could refund me was 10% of the cost. The dress cost $158---a ten percent refund is ridiculous. So, I threw the dress away and told them to keep the pitiful refund.
Please, please do not order from this company, it is REALLY a SCAM.

Overseas Scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They would not respond to us about our pending order. First they said our credit card was not charged but then realized it was and said it was their mistake. After reading the negative reviews, we decided to cancel the order because we are concerned that the dress will not be here in time or may not fit for our daughter's prom. Then, when we asked for a credit on the credit card they disappeared from the live chat and would not respond to us.

Complaint & Refund

Jolly Prom has "SCAM" my daughter. She order a royal blue prom dress but received a dark blue prom dress. Once she tried the prom dress on the dress tore. Her prom dress was made with cheap fabric and material which were sewn poorly. I had to take the prom dress to an alteration shop to get fix. I email Jolly Prom more than 5 times asking for a refund. There's no direct contact number and Jolly Prom takes a long time to respond back. The last email Jolly Prom sent me was April 1,2017 asking for my billing and ordering information. I emailed Jolly Prom and still haven't gotten any response about refunding my money. It's have been 3 days without hearing anything for Jolly Prom. I need a refund for this scam this company is running. Bad customer service and poorly made prom dresses using cheap fabric and materials. Plus, Falsifying their site pictures with the buyer actual item/s. I NEED MY REFUND!

Scam Company

Also JollyProm.com. Sent us the wrong dress, totally the wrong colour and design. When I raised the issue with them via email they responded inappropriately by arguing that I had ordered wrong. Disgraceful customer services!

Horrible service took a week for my order to go through! Ordered a burgundy dress and they sent a red dress stating that chiffon burgundy is red! I just wanted them to acknowledge the mistake and send the correct color dress but only being able to communicate by email is so frusturating. My daughter is devastated and now I have to look for another dress. I ordered this dress a month ago and now we have to last minute shop when yhe nearest store is 2 hours away. This service is horrible and I can almost bet they wont refund my money!

I recently placed an order on Jollybelle and was very nervous about what I would receive based on the horrible reviews this company has. The dress was delivered a few days ago and it's beautiful! Looks exactly like the pictures, very well made product and the delivery was very quick. I would definitely recommend Jollybelle and encourage you not to be scared away by the bad reviews.

We ordered a dress for my daughter's senior prom and paid expedited shipping. The dress was suppose to arrive 3 days before the prom. Dress never showed up at all. Had to shop last minute to find a dress the day of prom. Now they won't refund our money so now we are taking legal action. STAY AWAY! Not worth it!

I was concerned about ordering a dress with all the "rules" adhered to my purchase but I did. When the dress came, it was beautiful! However, upon inspection the neckline was way higher than in the picture-which shouldn't even have issue because base on all other measurements there should've been a standard length from waist.
The armholes were a little snug and closer/further inspection showed oddities in the fabric. I would've been 100% content if the neck hadn't been off. My daughter loves the dress and looked beautiful in it but I wouldn't order from them again. If you didn't know what the dress had looked like on the pics then you wouldn't think it was a problem-but I knew. Communication via email was simplistic to say the least. They wanted pictures and after I sent them, said basically they saw nothing wrong with neckline or the fabric... they were willing to credit me 5% but by that time I was done with them. It's great to not have a dress like anyone else but it can be costly in money, time & frustration.

After searching in vain for a particular dress for my daughter all over the internet and emailing countless dress shops, I found it on JollyBelle. I was very wary of the fact that this was a company out of Asia... and reluctantly decided to give it a try as the prices for a custom made-to-size dress were so reasonable.

We found that the dress arrived in 3 1/2 weeks instead of the 4-5 weeks quoted when ordering. Communication about the order was excellent... from the email acknowledgment immediately after ordering... to the tracking # once shipped.

What a wonderful surprise to open the package to find excellent quality fabrics and sewing. The custom measurements we provided were nearly spot on. I did need to take my daughter and the dress to a seamstress for a small alteration in the top but it was not a big deal. I ended up being completely tickled to have spent a fraction of the price from previous purchases for other dances( Sherri Hill dresses etc) I was just looking up JollyBelle again to look with my daughter for other dresses and stumbled upon this site and the poor reviews. I wanted to add our experience for a little balance.

PLEASE BEWARE THIS SITE IS A SCAM the customer service is awful they don't refund your money the merchandise is faulty not only that after they send you faulty materials they tell you to go find a tailor to fix there false advertisement please shut down this site I will be calling the news I will use social media to let it be known!

This place is a joke. The dresses they show online are gorgeous. Don't let them fool you as what they ship you is complete crap. Not to mention the wrong colors, sizing, material etc. it's a waste of time and it'll be a waste of your money! The customer service reps clearly don't give a sh*t and don't speak English as their responses are limited and lack any empathy. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order from this website! EVER! I now have gone through a credit card dispute waiting for them to handle this fraud. Needless to say I'm extremely pissed off.

We just got our 2nd dress from JollyBelle and it is PERFECT! We ordered/received her homecoming dress this past fall and it was AWESOME! We ordered my daughters prom dress from JollyBelle on January 28 and received it February 21... which in my opinion is pretty fast for a custom made dress. We did custom sizing and it fits perfect... the color (Black, I know black is black), the material and all the beading are top quality! We have had two very good experiences with JollyBelle and we will order from them again!

Never again...

We ordered a dress from Jollybelle. Did all the measurements. Weight. And height. Two weeks later received a dress that didn't even RESEMBLE the dress that was ordered. AND not even CLOSE to her size. Total of $158. I was so upset with the customer service people... that I literally had a panic attack. And was in full fledged tears. They asked to send a picture or the dress. So that there were no cuts, tears, etc... before they could refund anything. I not only sent them a picture of the dress they had sent us. But also sent them pics of the dress we actually ordered. Along with our original email, from when we had ordered the dress. With the product code and everything. Their response? "We're sorry. But we see no problems with the dress." That is just f**#ed up. NEVER again will we EVER order online... INTERNATIONALLY again. Hell. We couldn't even get a return address from them.

Ordered a dress per their sizing chart, which was a sz 2. They sent a sz 6. It was a cheaply made piece of junk. Beads were falling off, hole along the hemline where it was not sewn. Zipper was sewn in too tightly, could not even upzip. Appliqués not sewn on all the way. Total waste of $185. I also paid $28 to have it express shipped. Their response was to tell me they are made to standard size and I would have to alter it. I sent pictures of the flaws and measurements showing it was inches off of what I ordered and what they had posted on their sizing chart. They did not respond to the pictures I sent. The customer service guy Roger, is rude. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. Do not buy from here. I clearly got sent the wrong size as well as a piece of poorly made item from China.

Just like everyone else total scam clearly made in China where it came from. I ordered a dress material should have been jersey material and it came in velvet. Looks like an ice skating outfit complete costume like tacky plastic "rhinestones" they are giving me the runaround because they don't wNt to help. Starts off the sAme with everyone we are sorry to hear this send us photos then they make you believe your stupid for your complaints. Did not receive dress on time after expedite

Terrible Company

Just like the other reviews. Wish it were possible to give less than one star. Dress did not fit, asked to submit pictures. Then asked to submit measurements. Then was told to fix locally. Then completely ignored. Who does that? Wish we would have read these reviews first. Absolutely terrible customer service. Buyer beware is so true! If this helps at least one other person it's worth it. This company should be out of business.

I purchased a dress and shoes from this web site. Items are poor quality and do not worth money I spent on it. Customer service is terrible! After I emailed them about defects on the dress, their respond was "FIX IT"... Ridiculous! This is not a web site you want to buy from. I wish I have checked reviews before I made a purchase.

I sm so upset because i ordered a dress size 4 it was terrible! The neck lacked several inches from being able to latch in the back, it was so tight everytime she walks it gets shorter and shorter. The sleeves have a sheer piece that is so wrinkled it looks horrible! They suggested i pay a tailor to fix it so now we have no money and a dress she can't wear. They don't care I will never do this again! Jolly Belle stinks!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TRIED ORDERING TWO DRESSES FOR MY DAUGHTER. WE NEVER RECEIVED THEM IN THE TIME FRAME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE DONE. They charged my credit card on the day that we ordered them. They should have never of done this. You should not get charged until the dresses are mailed/delivered. Had to cancel because we didn't get them on time and they charged me 50% for the dresses that we never received. We need to get this website for this company taken down. Does anyone know who to report this to?

DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM JOLLYBELLE! Once they have your money if you are unsatisfied in any way, they are rude, unhelpful, and will do nothing for you. They are based in Hong Kong and as such you have zero recourse.
