I asked for this service because I found horrible things about myself on the internet and it was affecting my ability to get a job. You have sent opt outs and that is all? No follow up. I could have done that myself.
Customer support was amazingly helpful they responded all my question and called back, replay emails so fast!
Still kind of in the waiting mode for all my and my wifes information to be gone from the internet. Just did a search 12_19-19 and get all kinds of details on us.
I love this service. The privacy advocates are security savvy and very helpful is getting my data protected.
The second page of my name search still has exposed private information which is unacceptable and the whole reason I paid for this service.
I Received an email saying my info Should have Been deleted and it has not been. Yet I hope that my experience improves I would Really like my privacy back
Although the process took a little over a year to get all my information removed it was worth every penny. The first (annual) subscription resulted in most of my information being removed, it wasn't until the renewal subscription when they got the job done.
If you enter my phone no *******209 my name address age come up all over the place and my families names also if you enter my email address you will get my information
Hi Patrick, thanks for the feedback. We tried reaching out to you directly but we never received a response.
We'd like to do everything we can to ensure that you have a 5-star experience with DeleteMe.
We always go above and beyond to assist our customers in any way that we can. If you ever find yourself on a website that we didn't find, or that we're unable to remove from, we'll still help you figure out a way to get removed from that website. Unfortunately, there are many things online that DeleteMe simply cannot remove on your behalf, like social media profiles/ comments, or arrest records.
It's worth noting, however, that once we take down your information on a data broker site, Google and other search engines will naturally filter it out of search results. Even after a listing has been removed, Google will sometimes display these search results even though the content no longer exists. These are called "cached search results."
If you’d like to try and speed up the process you can try using Google’s URL Removal Tool at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals. Note that you’ll need a Google account to complete this process. Just hit the “New removal request” button, paste the link to the site that needs updating, and under “Reason,” select “The page has changed and Google’s cached version is out of date” from the drop-down menu. Then follow the directions on the page and “enter a word that has been entirely removed from the live page but is still present in the cached version.”
Finally, submit your request. Google will approve or deny it within about 48 hours. Alternatively, if you would like to send those outdated links to us via the support email at [email protected], we would be happy to do that on your behalf.
Best regards,
The DeleteMe Team
Thank you so much for the service you provide at such a reasonable price!
Some sites have removed my info and the two mentioned to check on, Intelius and USsearch, still have everything showing. As soon as those have nothing, I may increase my rating
Hi Jay - thanks for the review. We tried reaching out to you directly but we never received a response.
We're sorry if you've had a poor experience with DeleteMe. Unfortunately, data brokers are sneaky - they are constantly finding and re-posting your personal info online, even after it's been removed by us. This is exactly why DeleteMe is a year long subscription service, so that we can continue monitoring for your info on a regular basis.
We always go above and beyond to assist our customers in any way that we can. If you ever find yourself on a website that we didn't find, or that we're unable to remove from, we'll still help you figure out a way to get removed from that website.

Easy and the results are to my satisfaction. I will continue the service and monitor. It is so sad this worthwhile and needed application EVEN HAS TO BE OFFERED. 1984 (BIG BROTHER and MORE are watching) is has arrived
I'm pleased overall with Team Delete me. I've had to request a few sites that still appeared after the first 4-6 weeks after enrollment be removed. While I could have made the requests on my own, I like the fact that your services saved me time and aggravation.
My parents have been dead for decades and it was downright creepy to find their names appearing on some of these people-search sites. No longer are they anywhere on an internet search. DeleteMe is a godsend. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
I am so happy I decided to join DeleteMe! It is such a relief to have my personal information removed from the internet and it happened within days! Allison (who works at DeleteMe) has been so incredibly helpful! She even helped me remove my information from sources they do not work with at no additional charge! Fast quick response time and I feel like I got my privacy back! Thank you DeleteMe and thank you Allison for being so incredibly helpful. I feel a big weight lifted off my shoulders! Do not even think twice about using this service, they are top notch and get the job done quickly! Thank you!
I wrote to customer service because I was having an issue with Radaris that I could not resolve on my own. I received an initial reply from Dave, and the issue was a little more complex than we originally thought. So it took multiple emails back and forth before between us before it could be resolved. Dave was always extremely responsive, courteous, helpful, polite and professional. He's also very patient as well :)! In the end, Dave was able to get the issue resolved with Radaris in a timely manner. Outstanding service, very pleased here! Thank you so much once again!
Was great work to remove my information from public viewing. I am happy I enrolled with you company great value.
Answer: Hi There, Thanks for your great question! As our privacy policy states [https://joindeleteme.com/legal/], we won't track, store, or sell your personal information to anyone, under any circumstance. Simply put, your privacy is our business. Getting it right is how our company succeeds. Without a reputation for trustworthiness, we couldn't stay in business for long. We've been in business since 2011, and we've processed over 10 Million consumer opt-outs. That said, your information is likely to reappear over time. Many activities that we engage in generate data that can then be republished. Some examples of the activities include: Registering to vote Purchasing real estate/vehicles Signing up for Utilities [Phone/cable/gas] And many more (you can find the full list at https://joindeleteme.com/help/kb/how-does-my-personal-info-get-online/)
Answer: Hi There, Unfortunately no. Social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, other accounts that you have created are not public information and are user created. This means that the creator has agreed to the terms of these sites in creating this data and therefore as a third party, we cannot remove that data.
Answer: Unfortunately, that type of content is not something that the DeleteMe service can remove from the web. DeleteMe removes personal contact information from people search sites only. You will need to contact the site in question directly for removal, they may request proof of expungement to remove the case listing.
Answer: Hi Brian, Thank you for inquiring about our DeleteMe service. Essentially, our service is set to remove personal information - names, age, addresses, DOB, phone numbers etc. from a large list of people search and data broker websites. These sites pull information from public record sources - renewing a license, buying property, getting married / divorced, etc. Since this information is taken from public records in the US, we are able to opt out of it from these specific sites https://joindeleteme.com/sites-we-remove-from/. Sites like this are not public information and are often user created. This means that the creator has agreed to the terms of these sites in creating this data and therefore as a third party, we cannot remove that data.

Hi Christopher - thanks for the review. We tried reaching out to you directly but we never received a response.
