Too many sites are giving out my personal information. My personal information was identified on 34 different sites by DeleteMe. They began removal immediately. They continue to monitor and remove information on an ongoing basis, along with status updates. They are very thorough and efficient! I would highly recommend using any or all of the services they provide.
I appreciate them sending me updates and letting me peruse these at my leisure. I had no idea that my information was out there. It is painful to me that a person has to pay someone to do this because they should ask before your personal information is out there without your permission.

Update from 2/26. I have received an update of sites my information was found and the process required to delete. DeleteMe is handling everything. Some sites will take several weeks to process requests. If all works out, deleteme will receive a five star review. It is still too soon to tell. I am impressed with the number of sites searched, as i did know of even half of them.
I've been working with Allison at DeleteMe, and she's phenomenal. Not only have all the sites that DeleteMe covers removed my personal information, but when Allison is able to take action on my behalf with other sites I request, she does so. And when she can't, she gives me very clear instructions on how to do so myself. I feel in very safe hands.
Abine the Online Privacy Company has outdone themselves once again by providing their customers with professional service at a reasonable cost. The Delete Me Privacy report is a valuable tool for those who want to stay private. At Delete Me you have the right to be forgotten. I have personally received Excellent Customer Service from this Company.
I purchased the service a couple of months back, they said it will take time, and I'm fine with that. If I needed to expedite it because I was in danger or something, I would have gone to the feds. They've sent me a couple of updates about sending requests, but as far as I know, there have been three takedowns so far. I see on my report page that many opt-out requests have been sent, but it says 'Information Not Present' for the site I really wanted it removed from. I told them why it would look different there (which I why I want it gone due to the refusal to fix the innacuracy and refusal to delete my information and borderline extortion). I think it's a bit premature to give a final review. This will change in the coming weeks if allowed based on their performance and compliance with the request regarding the site I bought the service for in the first place.
They keep me well informed of where they removed my info, where they sent inquiries to remove my info, and how long each place should take (each site is different!) I am SO happy! I feel like I have my privacy back! Thank you!

We do not see any explicit notes in your DeleteMe data sheet that would indicate any sort of special situation regarding any specific data broker. The status update email you are referring to is simply mentioning 3 data broker sites that are covered by DeleteMe where we're certain that they will immediately process your opt-out and remove your information upon receiving an opt-out from us.
You will continue to receive various updates regarding your DeleteMe subscription and opt-out successes throughout the entirety of your subscription.
DeleteMe works from a set list of data broker websites who publicly post PII profiles of individuals, and also have published opt-out procedures. DeleteMe cannot remove your information from any social media websites.
All that said, if you ever find information about yourself posted on a website that is or isn't covered by our DeleteMe service, contact our support team at [email protected] and we will do whatever we can to help you get that information removed.
