I am very happy to be a client. I'm very protective of my privacy and am glad my online footprint has been drastically reduced.
I'm so very grateful for you guys.
Both my husband can't feel more secure about our information being off of the internet.
I had someone from the past that was a threat to my life and kept tracking me from things that were posted by the internet. It was a constant concern and threat and now we can sleep at night knowing those days are over, thanks to you. We do everything to keep our names off of the internet, no social networking whatsoever, but still personal information kept popping up. Thank You Guys from the bottoms of our hearts!
Removed from some sites and not others. I sent an inquiry to DeleteMe a couple weeks ago about sites that I'm still listed upon and received no response.
So pleased with my experience with Delete Me. They did exactly what they promised! Any concerns I had were addressed immediately by customer service. Dave helped me out twice. I was so impressed by his quick response to my concerns and his immediate action to address them. I can't believe I didn't sign up for Delete Me earlier.
I love this site, especially, Dave who is my point of contact person. Every time that I need help, he takes care of me immediately! I can rest assured that my needs are being taken care of. I highly recommend deleteme.com to keep your information and data safe and thank you to Dave who is always on top of it for me.
Still showing up where you say I should not be published.so far seems money wasted. Please advise how I go about getting a refund.
I think Dave did a great job of keeping me informed and following up with my request. It was very personalized service which I really appreciated.
Initially I was doing this work myself, following Bazzell's book and guidelines. It takes a TON of time and since each site is different it's annoyingly difficult at times. I found Blur first, but once I saw that DeleteMe was another service it made immediate sense. My time is worth more and they probably do a more comprehensive job anyhow!
Excellent work. Think you understand very well what human dignity means. I truly hope that people will be aware of the big problems caused by the lack of respect for others privacy.
I am happy that my info has been deleted! However, I noticed that my name and address still appears on a few websites on the google search engine. If I open the website, I am not found. But when I google my name, it still pops up with my name and address.
Great job monitoring and keeping my personal information offline, so I may have some sort of privacy.
I just checked Intelius.com and I'm still there. Same for USSearch.com. So I'm wondering what it is I'm paying for. If I have to opt out myself, then what exactly does your service do?
After the first year as a very satisfied customer, I just renewed for a 2nd year. My review has not changed in the last 11 months. I still feel super-confident in their work. I am supremely happy with not only the quality of removal services, but also the quality of the company. Every time I contact them, they are quickly responsive, professional, accommodating and helpful. Auto-renew did not allow for entering a coupon code, but upon emailing DeleteMe, they immediately responded and graciously honored the coupon!
I did not want anyone to be able to Google me and see my age, birthdate, the fact I had been married before, and addresses. It's aomoly not anyone's business. So I got delete me and now I can rest assured that people aren't just "googling me" to find out my information that is-and should be-private. Thank you, Delete Me!
My information is still popping up... I am going on line to check and I am still able to see my information I am highly disappointed because I thought this site was good,
I've been using DeleteMe for a while now and I believe this is a service everyone should have, I have this service for myself and my husband, DeleteMe has met our expectations! Great customer service, and best of all our information is not on the web, it would take me months to try to get these sites to delete our information and DeleteMe does it all for us!
Other places want upwards of 100 per site to delete your information from the internet. Delete me does it all for so much less!

Many activities that we engage in generate data that can then be republished. Answer: Hi There, Unfortunately no. Social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, other accounts that you have created are not public information and are user created. This means that the creator has agreed to the terms of these sites in creating this data and therefore as a third party, we cannot remove that data.
Answer: Unfortunately, that type of content is not something that the DeleteMe service can remove from the web. DeleteMe removes personal contact information from people search sites only. You will need to contact the site in question directly for removal, they may request proof of expungement to remove the case listing.
Answer: Hi Brian, Thank you for inquiring about our DeleteMe service. Essentially, our service is set to remove personal information - names, age, addresses, DOB, phone numbers etc. from a large list of people search and data broker websites. These sites pull information from public record sources - renewing a license, buying property, getting married / divorced, etc. Since this information is taken from public records in the US, we are able to opt out of it from these specific sites https://joindeleteme.com/sites-we-remove-from/. Sites like this are not public information and are often user created. This means that the creator has agreed to the terms of these sites in creating this data and therefore as a third party, we cannot remove that data.

Hello Kristin!
What you are seeing on Google are called "cached results". These will disappear from Google once Google recognizes that the information was removed from the source website. Google typically pulls new data on a weekly basis, and then will update search results within 7-10 days from the date that it pulls the new data. Unfortunately, Google is fairly unclear when it comes to updating cached results. You can manually request that Google removes outdated and cached results using this link: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals?pli=1
Best,
The DeleteMe Team
