So easy to order and convenient to pickup and drop-off at my childs school. Also, when there is something wrong with the instrument the exchange is super easy and the staff is always extremely helpful.

I ordered a set of strings that were at a good price and had free shipping. There was a delay in receiving the strings due to something with the USPS, but this was totally unrelated to Johnson String. I would have received the strings rather quickly if the USPS had not screwed up. I definitely will try Johnson String again.

I ordered cello gut strings for my Greek Karpathian Lyra. They were very expensive but the quality is unmatched. These are by far the best pure gut strings I have ever used. I guess you get what you pay for. Along with the excellent service, I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

I received the item on time. UPS tracking was provided.
The product itself is not as nice as the previous one. No violin cover included and no strap to hold the shoulder rest. This kind of details are not shown in the item description and photos.

We have not used it much, but the music stand appears to be well made and easy enough to use. So far, so good.

Adjustable cellist chair is nicely made, as advertised, if pricey. This is only initial impression of the chair. Delivery was prompt.
