I ordered an 85" TV online and was immediately asked to review my experience. The process was simple and I gave them a good review. Unfortunately, my next contact from them was a request to confirm my order. They claimed this was necessary due to the amount of my purchase. Not true. As soon as I was able to speak to their confirmation department, it was clear that they only wanted the opportunity to upsell me. In fact their first question was "Why do you want to buy such an old model TV?" Nothing in their ad stated the TV was a 2 year old model. The next question, "This is the cheap Asian version and it doesn't come with a warranty." The ad says its a Samsung and it comes with a 1 year warranty. They said not this version. They said they would give me a great on another model for only $3,000 MORE. When I declined their offer they offered it to me at their cost. I declined once again and requested that they immediately cancel my order. They agreed without any attempt to keep my original order in place. Thus, it is apparent that they never had any intention of selling me the TV that they advertised. I had read the mix of good and bad reviews on this site and still decided to buy. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. These reviews are written BEFORE they tell you that your order has not been completed due to it needing to be verified.
CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED, THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

Customer service

Time from ordering TV to actual delivery way to long. When order placed ETA was said to be 2 weeks was actually 4 weeks Customer service told me to call their shipper their mailbox was always full. Way place me in between the two. It became a total headache...

Missing Item from my order
September 10, 2017

I didn't care for the long wait between order and delivery. Website says my card would not be charged until just before shipping. My card was charged immediately.
Also, I was told I would receive the TV, a TV Mount, and a 3D cable. I never received the cable.

Concerned customer service

Contrary to what some people post, Joe's has given me proof of being on the way to having a great customer service.
I had a little mishap with their customer service, but they are hiring new employees, since they are growing and it is understandable. I complained about the way their representative talked to me and received great response from their staff and director. If you are not heard at first, you should always escalate issues and you will get a good response from companies like Joe's. Ask to talk to a manager, push the issue and things will improve. Given their prices, growth, and recent events, I must give them 5 stars.

I will come back

I ordered my projector from them recieved it very very fast after 2 month it broke I contact Joe's customer service and they issued rma # so I can ship it back for exchange I send back the item today and received another projector in 2 days I love this kind of service for sure I will come back to buy more.

I'm shocked at how low the reviews are for this company. They are my go to store for almost any electronic items that I buy. I built my movie theater from individual components that I bought from them over the course of 5 different orders and didn't have a single issue. The shipping sucks, but it seems the price paid for they lower prices. I've only had to return one item in the past and that went smoothly.

Positive experience

I have made a couple of purchases from Joe's av in the past. One purchase was a 75" TV and the other was a home theater projector. Both were purchased online and were positive experiences. I have had excellent transactions with them and been thoroughly happy with the items I purchased. They arrived in a timely manner and all was as expected. They have the best prices on items. They also have a wide range of items to choose from. I feel completely safe purchasing items from Joe's.

Placed an order for a WEBER S670 BBQ grill on 8/17/17 and after almost 3 weeks order still showing "processing". E-mailed few times and finally someone answered "please call us about your order"... and when I called they just said "28 to 38 BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVERY"
Unbelievable! It's a WEBER GRILL and this model is made in US - and in stock (Called WEBER customer service and they said that's NO problem with stock on any model including this top of the line one - ready available).
So why this deal with 28-38 business days delivery time?
I will only keep waiting because price is really good...
If they have a faster delivery time & better customer service will be worth a 5 star...

Best Place Ever

I have been a Joe's costumer for quite some time and while I've had great interactions with other reps; today's interaction reminded me on why I shop on Joe's. You don't just get quality items but the great costumer support that comes with it. Helping you feel your purchase is that much more justified knowing that you have great costumer support if you have any questions or issues.

Great salesman. Received in great condition from the home delivery service Joe's AV used. Unit tested after brought into house by the delivery company. TV is everything I was promised by Joe's AV. I would recommend doing business with them!

While other suppliers play games with UC1 models of the Sony TVs, George at Joe's AV delivered the UC2 version of the Sony XBR-75Z9D at the lowest price! The delivery was fast and arrived on time. Awesome service.

I ordered a Samsung SUHD TV and received the email saying we have a snag... call this number.

I called back, and after 20 minutes of waiting, the guy gets on the phone and says my TV is last year's model. For $200 dollars more, you can get this year's model.

I asked if it was SUHD, and he said yes!

The shipping order came and it shows a regular UHD tv, something I do not want. I have been waiting on hold for 30 minutes, Trying to cancel. Now says it was a mistake, and is sending me a new invoice. I do not trust them. I want to cancel, he won't let me. I called my credit card company, and they will make sure it is cancelled... and I will refuse delivery.

I ordered a TV from these people and after waiting almost a month and talking to almost everyone in the company I couldn't get the supervisors name to get this resolved. I still don 't have my TV and will NEVER Do business with them again. If the owner really knew what was going on he would fire the supervisors and managers. Even after contacting the shipping company I am still getting the run around. STILL NO TV... Worse then ridiculous>>>>
