A Month Later

The TV is great for a great price. However, the customer service and general information in regards to the purchase process wasn't fun. I was sold an upgrade, then overcharged, promised a credit that took forever and few calls and emails to get it. Then had to request the free mount that should have been delivered w/the TV. Good thing I didnt need it since it came about 2 weeks after the TV arrived.

Pleasant experience

Purchasing can be a pleasant experience. Joe M. Made shopping as painless as possible. My order was urgent and I shopped around on other sites but had questions and no time to stay on hold. Joe was great from beginning to the end - he checked the shipping source, advised me to split my order to speed up the process, honored a price match and then even stayed on the phone to process the credit immediately. After spending hours waiting for other retailers without success I was SO relieved to have someone who acted like they wanted to help me. Such a great experience that I decided to sign on for a business account as well. Thanks, Joe!

Don't Buy From Here

I placed an order 9/13/17 for a Samsung 65" Q9F TV. The next day I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a version that was made in mexico and supposed to be superior. I declined and was told my order would be processed shortly. Well today is 11/22/17 and I was just told my order hasn't cleared customs. Whenever you call you have to wait on hold for 30 minutes and then they say they will call you back but never do. I have since read a lot of reviews and it's the same as I have experienced. I've never really read reviews before but I am going to start. I will update this review if anything changes.

SCAM

After making purchase they told me they don't ship to my city or any nearby. The guy literally said " ah $#*! we don't go there" I live in a Mid America city with a population of over 80,000. It's not like I'm in the sticks.

I gave my credit card information and a day later I got fraud on my credit cards and had to cancel all my cards. Also, I placed the order on Aug 30th and still waiting for them to find the Television. They dont reply to emails, or if you call they put you on hold till you hang up.

I ordered an LG 86 TV from here for my order to be placed on hold then a guy calls me to scam me out of my original order and into a more expensive tv under the grounds it will be here faster and I will not have to deal with overseas shipping, but now after 5 weeks of waiting I still haven't received my tv

Rude horrrible service

Do not buy anything from them. I ordered from the website than got email saying i had to call them. I called them and they would put you on hold back to back without even talking to you. Than when they finally answered the guy on the was rude and pretty much had a conversation with someone else the whole time instead of talking to you and helping you out. Not to mention they don't tell you that your order take 38 business days to do anything with

I ordered a TV on their website, where says it's in stock, and at a very good price. But, after placing the order I get an email with a request to call them, which I did. After several attempts and long waits, I am told the TV comes from overseas and I have to wait 90 days before they can ship to me and I will get an inferior product. As an alternative, I could pay additionally to get it shipped in only 1 month and with the specs advertised. So one thing is advertised, another is sold, be aware!

This is the worst AV company I have EVER ordered from. This company should not be in business-. I waited 4 months for a Sony TV that they said was lost in transit finally after a dozen phone calls. I could never get a straight answer- STAYED ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR. The girls who answered the telephone were rude and completely could not care one bit I asked to speak to a manager and they would not do so!

They are liars and frankly I do not understand why they are running a scam like this and what they are getting since they were not paid? They should be investigated!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. TRUST ME.

I called and sat on hold 20 min before they said you can hit any key to leave a message i hit every key none sent me to leave a message.
I will update if anything changes but if i had read review first i would have never placed an order.

Horrible Customer Service

I was on the fence about ordering an LG OLED65C7P from an online site, but they had decent reviews. Ordering went fine, and even called to verify that my order was received. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I was told "yes, it would ship immediately." One week later, I hadn't received anything and called since my order on the website still says "Processing..." and after waiting 45 minutes on hold again, I was told, "oh no sir, your order takes 38 business days as it is on a boat from Asia." WHAT?!?! Stay away from this site!

Great TV at a Great price

If you are patient you will get a good deal from Joe's. The delivery of my TV was about one week past the promised delivery time but it finally did arrive. The TV was not damaged and was exactly what I ordered.

Both of my two orders prompted an email from the company asking me to call and confirm my order. When I called they try to upgrade my order to a TV that was $500 more. I declined this option, and therefore after six weeks, they never filled my water.
The Guy who answers the phone, with a New York accent was also extremely rude.
Unless youre planning on upgrading for $500 extra, dont expect your order to go through.

Terrible Experience

Placed and order last night for a Samsung Tv shortly after I received and email stating that I needed yo call to verify my information. This morning I called to verify and was placed on hold 3x when I finally had their attention I was told it would take 38 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MY DELIVER EVEN WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING. I quickly rejected that idea. Sad part is that I've ordered from here 3 years ago and the service was great not sure what happened but it's sad to lose great prices. (Notes: I had my friend call 20min later questioning shipping and the gentleman said 14 business days for him even though he lives several houses down the street from me)

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I ordered a TV that their website said was in stock (have screen shot to prove it). Received an email that I needed to contact them about my order. Called the next day and waited on hold for over 20 minutes, only to be told that they do not have the item I ordered. Not even an apology.

Joe's has BY FAR the very best comparisons of TVS when you are trying to decide wich product is best for you. They have the best photos, the best layout, and the best information. When I was ready to purchase, it was beyond easy and I loved the recommended accessories that fit my exact TV. I added them right into my cart.
