Jobscan guides me through the process in a simple and comprehensive style.
The upload and job description links go in a feedback loop with no end and no outcome. Also, I signed up for premier service at a cost and it does not show up with my log-in.
Why was I just charged for the 1 month free trial?
So far I have have a great experience using Jobscan
The ATS is a real eye opener... no wonder I never heard back from employers, my resume never made it past the first screening process. Now I am on a mission to beat the bots!
Having not been in a position to seek a new job for the last 12 years, Jobscan has been instrumental in updating my resume and cover letter to ensure that I am the right (selected) candidate for the jobs that I apply for.

So incredible helpful! I wish I had found this tool sooner. This will save me so much time.
Innovative job search tool. Helps job seekers tailor resume, cover letter, and applications to improve interview selection.
It has been helpful. I've made many tweaks to my resume.
A friend shared Jobscan with me a few months ago as I started searching for my next career. I had sent out a couple of resumes to companies with no response. At the time, I wasn't familiar with the ATS system. Once I signed up for JobScan, I ran my resume with a job that I had applied for previously and found the my resume was really lacking! I used PowerEdits and suggestions to rework the resume and resent it to a company that I really had interest in! Almost immediately, I got a positive response and landed an interview! In fact, by using JobScan along with LinkedIn (where I had improved my profile using another JobScan feature!) I have had 3 job offers in the past two months! Amazing! I highly recommend this tool for anyone in the job market!
I love this app, It really helps me with knowing what I need to change for my resume and much more
Really detailed analysis of my resume that helps me get matched to the right job descriptions that I am applying to.
A bit confusing to try to get resume and cover letter copied in for scan. I tried earlier today and procedure seemed not to allow both. Perhaps I'm at fault and confuse. I know you only give 5 free scans per month, so don't want to use them up.
Good one, but at the same time the conflict of scans also happen. 80% match is very difficult to achieve practically. Words differ and experiences also differ from company to company
Great U/X, Profile would need more options (e.g. - multiple choices for type of jobs)
Excellent very useful website for amateurs and professionals
Great tools all around... But very expensive. Are you helping only the rich to become richer?
I found the scan of job description rather inaccurate (for example, required degree was missed although should have been an exact match)
Just made an account but so far this is really cool!
Automated tool that helps you optimize your resume far more cheaply, quickly, and effectively than a resume writing service.
Answer: Hi Tanisha! Jobscan recommends at least 80% for ATS to make your resume visible to the hiring manager. To boost your match rate, take a look at the missing skill and keywords (the ones denoted as red X) and see which ones are relevant to include in your resume. Focusing on including missing keywords that appear more frequently in the Hard Skills section will quickly boost your match rate. Here's a video tutorial that helps with getting your rate up - https://www.jobscan.co/video-resume-match-report. I hope this helps. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have questions as you go along. Thanks!
