Paid for 3 day shipping and it took 10 days to get to the post office. It then sat there another 10 days which wasn't Joanceees fault

I do like my ring but a little skeptical, I was on temu after I made the purchase and saw the same picture that is shown on Joancee website with the exact ring I purchased from Joancee. How do I know if I paid for what was advertised. And it's quite tall. I wasn't expecting that.

I paid for 4 to 6 day delivery $18 extra, and I received the ring 2 weeks after Mothers Day. I requested a refund of ahipping charges twice. I've not received any word back from customer service. I'm very dissatisfied.
