Was a bit nervous ordering Ring set as couldn't believe the Quality for the price...but on receiving it was totally blown away as the packaging...Class.n workmanship was a 15/10 sooo much bling it looks like million dollars,will definitely be shopping there again that's for sure..

Ring is huge and I have long fingers. If you have costume party to go to, it would be great. Real life...no

My ring is absolutely beautiful and customized to the exact way I asked. Customer service was super fast getting back to me about all my questions. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

She loves the ring set but it false advertises when you're ordering on the sight about the delievery time. It says 7-14 days, but after you place your order it says it takes a month or more and it took well over a month. I wouldn't have ever ordered had I known it was going to take that long. It missed our wedding date and everything. I won't be ordering anything else.

Ring is absolutely stunning and just as described. Pictures don't do it justice. I absolutely love it!

The product itself is fine and pretty close to how it's presented on the website. The horrible misrepresentation is in regards to the shipping. Details are not clear or restated at checkout. I paid the EXTRA $25 for expedited shipping (1-3 days) when I placed my order on May 11, and didn't get my purchase until the first days of June, about 20+ days later. That is my only complaint.

Jewelry and communication is great but would like to have better understanding for timing as I did expedited service got charged and still came a month or so later

It was not made clear just exactly how long it would take to receive my purchase. And to think that nearly a month was "expedited". Then when contacting the company asking for guidance, basically being told "it's coming it will be there soon" was not exactly helpful. Yes, I like the ring very much, but the processing time and shipping is awful.

The first time I placed this order the wheel just kept spinning and I wasn't sure my payment went through.so I did it again hoping I don't get charged 2x
I did not get charged twice.however when I received my ring...there was no engraving
And its too late to fix as my granddaughter graduates tonight and I must give it to her tonight

Would have like faster delivery but its what you get when shipped from overseas.

The ring is beautiful it does cut my finger some if pushed down under the ring but not often enough to be an issue. Shipping took a while but it came with no damages or issues to packaging

My fiancée explained and sent a picture of what her dream ring would look like. This ring not only was close to what she sent me but provided an extra element of beauty with gems on the intertwined band. Even though she knew I was trying to make her dream happen cried from first sight of this masterpiece. Thank you for making that happen. The communication was among the best I have encountered from any customer service team I had used before.

My wedding bands were delayed by 20days so I had to do else where to buy rings I have to send these rings back and pay to send them back when it was the companies fault that I have to send them back
