I wanted to get my boyfriend something nice he deserved it you know and I thought it would be cool if we had matching rings so I got him the guy version of what I got and like it came as a set and we love it so much thank you for your Support

Overall amazing and I got what I paid for. I would recommend to my friends.

I ordered and it took for ever to receive, I opened it and the ring was gaudy looking. So I right away took pictures and asked to return.
First I get an email asking why, so I told them. Then the next day(day 2) I get an email saying we will give you a 30% off coupon to reorder something else. I said no I want to return for a refund. So day 3 they send me a 30% off coupon, I respond with no I want to return. Day 4 they ask for pictures, that would be the ones I sent on DAY 1.
So I send them again and day 5 I receive the response, ok you can return but you have to pay the return shipping to China and pay extra for tracking.
So I paid the $45 for shipping with tracking and sent them a copy of the receipt. I've tracked the parcel and it's in China but I have yet to receive a refund.
This company is not a good company to do business with! You should not have to pay return shipping but they know their product is cheap and gaudy so they figure you will keep the product because you don't want to pay shipping.

The order from December never arrived for me to find out there was a discrepancy in the address. It too some phone calls to find out it had been sent back by USPS even though my phone number was on the label. I had to wait I guess until you received the package back of which I understand, for another to be assembled & resent. There were many emails between myself & Ivy however I nowhave my ring & it is BEAUTIFUL!

I ordered two diamond s925 bands in a size 14, recieved two bands that was smaller than earring hoops for a baby. I wasted my money. They don't even fit a pinky finger.

Still waiting no package has shown up yet it's been a long time. R

All though it did take a long time i trusted the process because all i was worried about was my package being lost but they did deliver it to the wrong apt all though i emailed them about my address and they answered a complete different question that i never asked and never answered the question that i had asked but i was still able to get my package thank God.

The ring is beautiful it fit right for hubby & I & the engrave is perfect... The only problem is that my gem was loose & eventually fell out within 3 days of having... We got it back in with glue but it defiantly has lost some shine...

This was great I received the ring set in a timely fashion and she loved them.

We love our wedding ring it fit us very good thank you for being so nice to us we really enjoyed y'all thank y so so much!
