I received my Princess cut diamond engagement ring about 3 weeks after it was ordered. Which was unexpected because I've ordered before and it took a very long time.
When I received my ring I was overwhelmed, it is absolutely beautiful. It looks way better than I ever expected. I will be placing another order very soon.

I received my ring but the communication was not all that great with them. If they ca fix the communication, the experience would have been great because I would have knew what was going on

I ordered my ring and paid extra to have it delivered early after a couple of weeks I emailed them to let them know I haven't received or heard anything very slow about getting that order to me. I was very disappointed. I would think they would've compensated me with something extra for waiting as long as I did. I really was very disappointed but I have to say my ring is beautiful.

Didn't receive free gift they I was suppose to get with my purchase.

Just wish the wait wasnt damn near a month. Dont like being told how many charaters i have to enter either
