Great experience easy checkout. Use Pay Pal for the best and secure checkout! Return policy is bad.Paying for shipping on return that took 2 weeks to get? Ring is beautiful but shipping on an exchange should be free, So if you return for a half size smaller will take a month.That is poor customer service!

The delivery took a little longer than expected. But the product was very good.

I got an email saying the wrong address then when trying to fix it someone trying to charge my credit card but it was blocked anyway not a great experience

Love the quality and price. Absolutely stunning! I have ordered several pieces of jewelry and love every one of them.

Good experience. It took about a month to receive, but I got updates on when to expect it. I was going to spend $6k on the same style ring, but I changed my mind when I saw the costume version on Joancee for $150. So glad I bought it.

The only thing I would recommend is better communication with the delivery and tracking process especially with new customers.

Ordered a ring. Cancelled the order cause I found a better one. They refused to cancel the order then when the did say they would. I never received a refund. Then 2 weeks later they offer me 80% of the total I paid. I'll never go near this company again. Worthless.

Great but unfortunately I ordered the wrong items.

Order was late because the order was not processed.

I purchaser a ring which was the wrong one for my fiance and need to return it. I am getting the run around. I also purchased myself a ring which I love but this other ring I'm not satisfied with. They said they will send a 35% off if I just keep the ring and order a new one and I still have not got the 35% off code. I probably won't order here again.
