Very patient took awhile to deliver but overall satisfied.

I ordered my ring to propose to my fiance and it never showed up. Apparently the shipping company lost the ring cause they quit updating the tracking for over 12 days. Now that I'm not home, I had to buy a replacement ring to propose. Joancee is supposedly sending another ring, if it's not received by the time I get home I will reverse the charges and get a ring someplace else.

Ring looks like a candy machine ring. The gems hurt my skin. The main gem is so huge it brought me back to 2000s Claire's earring ring sets. I will not purchase for a human however maybe for my puppy

I ordered a ring that I really liked. I waited and waited, but it never came. I sent an email about it and a few days later I received an email from the company saying that it was being shipped out. I still don't have the ring, because now they're saying that my address is wrong. I have no idea where the ring is. I have nothing to show and yet I paid for it. I think the right thing would be for this company to send the ring that I ordered, at no cost to me, since I have already paid for it.

I'm not a big complainer but the stones on the site are huge compared to what I received in the mail. The rings are nice, but I'm not satisfied with the size of the actual stones. Very deceiving and for that I will not shop your site again.

Ws a little perturbed that the site states.co.uk., only to discover that the items come from China, however, customer services were good, and my lady loves her ring.
