So far so good, no problems besides the shipping said it would be between 7-12 days but ended up taking about a month, but the ring was perfect

I ordered a beautiful anklet for myself from my husband for my birthday. I specified the color to be a clear stone. However, I received a blue sapphire stone instead. It is absolutely beautiful, just not what I ordered. The shipping is a little slow, but I expected that. Overall, I would recommend Joancee.

I loved everything about the shopping process and the product it's beautiful. The only issue I had was the link to the tracking information never once worked for me. So if you can fix that it would make everything 5 stars

I have been wanting to get my wife a ring like this and i finally got it and she loves it!

My ring is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture. Sizing is accurate and it came In a very nice box. Shipping does take awhile, but I expected that after reading other reviews and I opted not to pay for expedited shipping. I ordered May 23rd, was notified that is was shipped on May 30th, and received the package June 12th.

I didn't like how little I knew about the shipping/delivery process. On the 17track app it said 'pick up' at the top, and told me to pick up within 10-14 days or it would be returned to sender. There's no customer service phone number, and I felt as the email I received was very vague, it was probably automated email.

The product itself was great but shipping took a lot longer than it should have

Paid extra for shipping and it took a while to get to me. But the ring is beautiful
