Only issue I had was the product took too long to receive.

Ordering from Joancee was easy. There were so many choices to match my personal preference and the prices were good compared to other jewelry stores. I am happy to say I am extremely happy with the ring I purchased. It sparkles and shines and is absolutely stunning.

Very Very slow process to get your items.Now to find out the thruth if it doesnt turn black or tarnish!

Won't order from them again, it's difficult to get in touch with people and most can't answer the question it took quite a few emails to get an answer and they still didn't refund the extra money I spent for expedited shipping

Took longer to get than I thought but it was worth the weight

The packaging was so nice. My rings were stunning and even more beautiful than online.

I ordered a ring for my wife, and Joancee quickly took my money, but took a long time to ship the product. In the meantime, I requested that they give me a ship date, and all they could say was that "we are in the process of fulfilling your order" but could not give me a date. Whenever I contacted customer service, it took 24 - 48 hours to get back to me. They didn't give me an email or other notification saying that it had shipped. I had written it off thinking that this company was just a bunch of scammers, but then the ring just showed up at my door.

I purchased a ring from you and paid extra for 3 day shipping and for it to be engraved. The ring was not engraved and it was a week late. Another had to be purchased. I am trying to return the ring and was told to ship it to China. This will cost more to ship than the ring itself. I asked for a shipping address in the United States, (I am sure this ring was not shipped from China) let's see if you come through this time. So far not so good.

I am truly impressed with the beautiful detail. I was worried with the inexpensive ring, that I would find it lacking, but was delighted beyond what I could've hoped for.

It's a beautiful piece of jewellery. A little smaller than expected but still beautiful.

Never received a confirmation email about purchase, which made it hard to track the order. Took a few weeks to get here. Size is perfect and the ring is cute, even if slightly cheap looking.
