Promised 9 to 12 days shipping took over a month worse customer service I have ever experienced I felt completely ignored. I will be sure that all my friends and family are aware of my experience and steer clear. Will never do business here again.
Takes time (about a month+) to receive your jewelry. Trust me when i say it's well worth the wait!

I ordered my item on 12/19/24. I paid the extra shipping to have the item expedited. (3-5 day shipping) One month later the item finally showed up. I will not order from this company again.

Order from them on December 17,2024 and now its January 21,2025 never received the product i reached out to them and all I got was a automatic message saying they will send me a conformation number when they get ready to ship. At this point I feel like this site is a scam

They could never give me an update on my purchase or where it was or when it would ship in a reasonable time. I created a dispute and the customer service immediately reached out to me to cancel it. Now I canceled the dispute and they just ignore me and I lost my money
It came just like how it was on the TV in YouTube it's all over everywhere and it's very beautiful when my husband wanted a wedding band also but I didn't know it until we move

Don't get me wrong. Their products are very well worth the weight, but this last order has been the longest shipping it has ever taken and I've been ordering with them for the last 3 to 4 years.
