I ordered this beautiful ring and I need to return it. Looks kinda goofy because the size of the ring is enormous. Sadly, I will be returning it.

It was so difficult to read the captcha to reset my password. It took me ages to get in and still unable to log in so I can view my order. However, the shipment arrived within a month and we're still happy to have received. We are still going to place orders in future as it is a reliable seller.

Fast find for a great present for Valentines Day. Took a long time to get here. My ring fits kinda small or snug. Would like compensation for the timing a received my order but I like the rings

The jewelry is beautiful however I feel the wait time when I paid extra for rush was way to long it should be information that is very upfront to lower disappointment in the experience

Shipping is taking to long and I did expedited shipping and I order on Dec 18th and still haven't got my ring

It has been a month and I still have not gotten the ring I ordered

I paid for expedited 3-5 shipping - $26. Otherwise the shipping was free. I paid for the shipping so I could get it by Christmas. It arrived January 16th. I had been communicating with the seller to at least refund the shipping charge but they refused. They said that money had been paid to the shipper. I said that was between Joancee and the shipper. I paid Joancee $26 for a promised delivery of max 5 days. By the second week of January the gift was superfluous so I asked to cancel the order and refund my money and they offered me $10 of a $75 order. Insulting. I would NEVER recommend ordering from this company.

I haven't received the rings yet and it's been over a month since I placed my order. I also paid extra for shipping. I'm sorely disappointed.

I brought this ring for my as an upgrade ring. Since my wife has received her ring she won't take it off. I highly recommend this ring. Plus note the ring is longer than what the picture shows. 5 out of 5

Expedited shipping took weeks and not the 3 to 5 business days. They refunded some shipping...and sincerely apologized. It was out of their control.

It took awhile to get it. But it very beautiful. I love it!
