Took a while to finally arrive but I think that might've been because of weather issues. My boyfriend's ring looks amazing and I loved the free shipping and free box that came with the ring! I also appreciated the discount I got!

Kept getting the run around with the product I ordered. Only after I told customer service I disputed the charge with the bank after not receiving my product did they cooperate with giving me a refund

I placed my order late December for my mom's wedding that was coming up on Jan 14 2025. I found out a few days later the rings was not in stocked after I paid for the order. So I confirmed the new rings within 24 hours of the notification.I was expecting the shipping process to pick up but my mom's wedding was approaching and rings was not shipped after some time. I contacted customer service to cancel the order because it was way too close to my mom's wedding. I asked to cancel the order and I got not response. The next day I recieved confirmation that the order was shipped. I contacted customer letting know I requested but no one responded. I tried many times to reach someone but no one never emailed back. I paid an extra $16.99 for the fastest shipping and it is 30+ days later today I just now recieved rings that I requested a refund for and express shipping. I tried to contact customer service to let the know this is unlawful to take customers money without providing the good or services as promised and still no reply. I am returning customer but now you just lost me as a customer.

Lack of customer service communication was my only issue. It took several days for them to respond when I emailed, but my ring is lovely and I am quite satisfied. 😊

Very bad paid full price for a ring never received it an only got 60 percent refund on it

Some of the stones are missing. Still a beautiful ring but when you look at it closely you can see them missing and it my husbands ring

You pay to have shipping upgraded, but the shipping goes out well passed the 3 days you pay extra to get it faster

Beautiful site, stunning ring settings, lots of choice. Amazing price point. Reviews were positive from previous clients & their order. Just placed my order for the first time since I'm new to the site. My Amythest ring is gorgeous. Fits well. Ordered a size 9.5, the stones are very shiny. Looks glamorous on my hand.
