Love my ring. Took a bit longer for for shipment but well worth it.

Very disappointed with being charged for expedited shipping on my package and then it arriving passed the time I have paid for. When I emailed about it this, I felt like my concerns were brushed to the side without any compensation or outcome.

I placed my order on 12/19. Got an email saying it shipped on 12/31. Paid extra for express shipping. Did not receive until 01/14.

The item I ordered for a Christmas present was not shown out of stock. Why did it take over a month to get it? I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping.
My wife liked the ring, but I will never order another item unless I am not concerned how long it takes.

Good good experience have an issue need resolving soon as possible. Need to know what to do about the purchase of the merchandise that I have like to return it or get something different. Please advise.

The pink sapphire is s little light but still very nice. Could have been a heavily.

I placed an order for an engagement ring for my now fiance n I ordered it on 12/21/2024 n I purchased da 3 to 5 day shipping n I didn't receive my da ring til 1/3/2025 but I was expecting it to b here for new years cause I end up having to propose without da ring but everything still worked out as planned n she still loved da ring n I wanted dat day to b very special cause her bday was also on new years n I proposed at 12 midnight on her bday

Placing order was quick and easy. Received what I ordered and the correct size. Was pleased with everything.

Ordered my rings and came in my correct size. Its gorgeous. Took 2 weeks but the wait was worth it

The communication was just sub par but the ring is everything.

Didn't like they trick me saying it was real silver the ring is pretty and gorgeous just let people know 925 there buying something that's not real i t's a knock off but it looks pretty that's all you wanna by stuff to last so you can buy more it make you think twice before you purchase again the ring can't go in water it fades but you can wear awhile before it turns black

The ring is stunning, little thick. Shipping sucks. Took a month to get my order and I paid expedited shipping.
Ivy kept in contact with me though so over all I'm happy.

Pay for expedited delivery rings arrived a month later please do not order from this place

I placed an order the 3rd of December. Payed the extra $30 for 7-10 day expedited shipping. After sending emails and waiting it shipped December 16th. December 30th it showed it was delivered and signed for by the SHIPPER! After many more emails unanswered I was finally told that if I dropped my complaint they would refund my money. After I dropped the complaint with my bank they informed me they would refund only half of my money back. STAY AWAY from this business! Customer service is non existent and their business practices are a scam!

Took a while to be delivered other than that everything was good
