I was a little nervous about ordering because I had a bad experience making a similar purchase from a different vendor on eBay. But I decided to give it another try. I needed a ring that looked real to bring on vacation instead of my real engagement ring. It took a while and that made me nervous, but they send you updates without asking! Like its in production, it's being prepared to ship, then an email it has shipped with a tracking number. Wonderful. Well., then my ring arrives in a beautiful box and WOW! It is beautiful! Perfect! Just like the photos! This place is the REAL DEAL! Picking out something else now that I know how they operate. Whatever you are looking at, buy it with confidence.

Ordering was super simple but tracking was more difficult. Immediate response to questions and despite not being able to track it came back rather quickly. The blue stones were smaller than shown on website. That was a little disappointing but its still a beautiful band. Overall good experience.

Wasn't happy with my ring and wanted to return it but it was too expensive and no guarantee I'd even get my money back so I'll keep the ring and try to sell it.

The ring is absolutely beautiful but too big. I went to a jeweler to have my finger sized prior to ordered the size 8. I ordered another ring 1/2 smaller. I will return this ring when I receive the 7.5 ring. We did expedited shipping. I am hoping to receive the ring by March 31st.

I ordered jewelry from Joancee after viewing an add advertising their products. After several weeks not hearing anything about my order and the company charging me for said products, I sent an email requesting an update on my jewelry.
I received a response within two days. It was explained that my products were being made to order and I should receive my order within a couple more weeks. This was not the case. I contacted them two weeks later and I was informed that two of the items were out of stock. This made no sense after I was told the items were made to order. I was assured that the remaining order would be sent out within a few days.
I told them to cancel the entire order, I was then told the other items had been shipped. Once I did receive my items, I made note that the items do not look as nice as they did on line.
Beware of ordering from this company, there are other company's I have purchased from that sell costume jewelry and the products are of a higher quality.

This ring is so beautiful. I've received several compliments. I wasn't sure if I it would fit true to size, but it did. I have chubby fingers and I wear a size 8 and it fit perfectly. I love this ring!
