I was beyond impressed with the great communication of the company. I kept in touch until ring had arrived. The time from order to front door took a minute, but is worth the wait once you receive your masterpiece that's all you can think of. The craftsmanship is beyond impeccable. The ring is beautiful and perfect. I am in love with it! I highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a ring or any jewelry that is meaningful and precious. I'm one satisfied customer and will definitely return to buy more!

Ordered two bridal sets. Both are beautiful and well made. Ordered a size 6. It is a little bit tight but I'm able to wear comfortably. Exactly as pictured on web site. Very pleased over all.

My ring was delivered in a very timely matter. I was very pleased with my ring.

I became concerned when my order did not arrive in the 8 to 10 period I was originally told.
Then it sat for about one week in Delaware, with no apparent movement. So this morning (4-01-22) it showed it was being delivered today. The tracking history didn't give me any indication it had left for California, low and behold it has arrived. It took about 39 days but it is here now. Thank you.

Ordering my rings was easy; getting them took almost three weeks, though. It said 7-12 business days for delivery, but it didn't ship until 12 After I ordered them. That was very activating. The rings themselves are beautiful, and of nice quality so far; but I haven't had them for very long, so we'll see how they hold up in the future.

I was pleased with what I ordered. I love the ring it is beautiful. I love the quality. The wait was a little long but well worth it.

My only suggestion would be to communicate more between purchase and delivery. I didn't know if my order was shipped and I had no way to track. Outside of that, I love the ring I received!

I've been trying for several days to get answers about returning the ring. Apparently, there is a problem with time zones or something because the response to emails comes late at night. I get general answers but my direct questions go unanswered. It took much longer than I anticipated to get the ring. I know it sounds cynical but I can't help wondering if they stall so that the 30-day time frame to return it runs out.

This was the best decision that we could have made.
