The ring is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly. Looks even better in person.

I like my ring it is very nice. My only problem was with the amount of time it took to be delivered, which still was not the worst, my issue was with the $25 expedited (3 day) shipping charge. If I pay an extra $25 to expedite my order I'm thinking it will be here in 3 days. I just think that should be taken off the shipping price because there is no way you all can guarantee 3 day shipping. I just feel like I payed and extra $25 for nothing.

I'm happy with the ring but I wish it was easier to reach someone in customer service. It's a bit of a nightmare trying to get a response and the chat was never available so I always had to wait for a response which a lot of the time I didn't get one.

I have gotten so many compliments on my ring. Everyone says it is stunning!

Lots of choices and decent reviews, so I took a chance and ordered. The ring I purchased looks so cheesy, that I probably won't even wear it, but it fits perfectly!

Absolutely thrilled with the items. I am upset the cute box it came in (with drawers) was completely damaged in the shipping process. So damaged, in fact, I had to tear it completely apart to get the ring out. It's a cute idea for customers, but it did not make the trip. Owl ring was impeccable though. Ave Stolas.

I ordered March 29th, I emailed them April 15th for an update because I had chosen 5-7 day. It took 3 weeks to actually recieve my ring and when I did it was larger than I had ordered. I chose not to have the issue fixed I will take it somewhere locally because I will not wait for another 3+ weeks to get my rings back.

I love my ring, if I was getting married, I would tell my husband to please order my ring from Joancee, it looks so real, thankyou

I woke give no stars if that were an option. It looks cheap and the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. They DO NOT Return or Refund! They ship from Inglewood California and expect you to return to China at an insane price so they don't have to return the poor quality product. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Didn't want to pay a lot of money and I like it because it's affordable
