As long as product is what it says online then I my shopping experience was great! Received my order about 2 weeks after ordering. Happy with style was expecting a little more from quality but overall satisfied with product. For price paid.

My experience with Joancee is great! I ordered another ring. The thing I like the most about Joancee is you can customize your ring with a little engraving! I love that! Overall really caring! They communicated with me the whole time I waited for my order. They reassured me constantly about the process of it being made and I was able to track my order all the way to me so I am very happy with Joancee! Thanks Joancee!

Not all pictures that gave an accurate representation of the ring were on the website. The ring was beautiful but because I wasn't shown there was more detail to the ring, I ordered something that won't work for me and I'll need to return. It makes me hesitant to want to order again.

Didn't see on page that there was a processing time on top of shipping time. But we'll worth the wait. Received ring within 29 days of ordering.

I was in the middle if moving and they kindly delayed shipping and then shipped it to my new address. It was very warm and human.

The rings were just like the picture on the website. The engraving was also done very well.

You have to pay for return shipping, so an exchange from US back to China for a small ring cost almost as much as the ring itself! 30-day return policy isn't much good without covering return shipping too.

Hello, I loved the rings, but they are too big. I thought I ordered a size 6 and a size 7 was sent.
