I am very pleased with all my jewelry purchases except for how long it takes to receive the item. I noticed if I am charged immediate shipping I will receive purchase within 3 to 4 days. If I chose regular shipping I will receive the item 5 to8 days, but... free shipping you wait till the end of time. Why does it take so long with free shipping but if I pay a ton of money for shipping I can receive my purchase within a few day?

Me and my girlfriend really like the rings! The only negative experience I say I had was just that I didn't get a follow up email when the rings were shipped or tracking number until I emailed asking about my order. That aside we both love our rings and thank you!

Although I did receive and liked the ring I ordered. Nevertheless I didn't receive the other ring that was supposed to be with my order. Not sure if just got left behind or taken off the order somehow for some reason.

The ring is exactly how the picture looked. It arrived on time and it came with a polishing cloth and jewelry box. No false advertising whatsoever.
