Paid extra for faster shipping and took a month...
The product has returned to them and they never contacted me! I had to remind them of it and send them, for the fourth time, the tracker. It's been 10 days since they said they would check that, when I sent my last email, and nothing. Pathetic excuse for a customer service.
Horrible customer service and delivery. It took more than a month for my ring to arrive, in the wrong size and now they're saying that I need to pay the return to get refunded. The return is to a factory in China, £13,90 for the return, which is 1/3 of the price of the ring. Ridiculous policy, worthy of taking it to a small claims court. Don't buy from them.
It took about a month for it to arrive and got stuck at customs for week, but the quality is actually very good. I was pleasantly surprised.
If you place an order with engraving, and live in America, expect a long wait time.
I sized the ring to match what I wear but was to small. Should have sized up a little more. The delivery took a while so I just kept the ring. It is very pretty

Ordered a ring and paid express 3 day shipping for the ring. No where when paying for said ring did it mention that the shipping that I had paid for, which was a decent amount more, would still not ship for another week or so after the order placed. Even after the wring was shipped, it still took around a week to get to me. Not happy with paying a good amount extra for nothing. Also paid extra for an engravement on the ring, that is hardly visible.
Easy ordering no problems. Took a while to get but well worth the wait, i am satisfied. The birth stone is pale seems to loose color inside but when in natural light it darkens up took a while to get use to.

Very poor customer service. All seemed automated responses, no live person to ask a question of. Took nearly 6 weeks for delivery. Rings are pretty but will not order from here from here again
