Somehow I was billed twice for the one item.

Orderd it for our anniversary came a month late, but the ring is a hit!

The only thing is that I wish I could have tried on several with my engagement ring to see what I liked best.

Your website gives the buyer the idea, that jewelry will be delivered in 7-12 business days.

Makes no mention of all the time order will spend in getting packaged and ready to ship.

Took almost exactly 1 month for my wife's ring to arrive. Totally missed the celebration event it was intended for.

My girlfriend was so happy and excited I upgraded her ring I will most definitely order from joancee again

The shipping took a little while, but it was there for me to know, i just didnt oay attention. Item was made to order and quality is exceptional!

Happy with everything except the statement on the website, "shipping in 7-12 working days" I purchased 2 rings on Feb 2nd 2023. I received them March 3rd 2023. 21 working days total. If someone is purchasing this as a gift for a specific date, Its a good chance it will be late if they go by the website.

Took almost 5 weeks to get the ring I ordered. Needed the ring by 2/17 and didn't get it until 3/2

Didn't receive my order until 1 month after the order date. It was a birthday present that Didn't arrive on time.

At first I thought this was a scam because a week went by and no notification. After sending email, i was informed that its not stock jewelry, and made after order is placed. A week latet. I recieved my notifacation with tracking info. Once i revieved my order, i was astounded at the perfection and my wife was overwelmed when i gave it to her. I will most definitely be ordering again.

The ordering was not clear, they in two orders of the same ring but a Rep contacted me and solved the issue and her is Ivy, so thank you

Easy to order, definitely will do it again. My wife loves her ring... the only thing for me was the wait time. It took a while and had me kind of iffy at first, but everything turned out well.

Really beautiful rings just takes so long is all. You don't make noone say anything.
