My shipment supposedly had a label made and sat waiting to be shipped for 2-weeks. I called 2 times to see if it had shipped yet. I paid for 3-day secured delivery and I needed to be home to sign for it. Last time I called they said my order was still there and I will get an email when it left with details on when it will arrive. The very next day I got an email saying my order was out for delivery! I was at work and had to abruptly leave and speed home as to not miss my delivery. Lucky I made it home just in time. They did a similar thing with another order I had. I ordered from Ampex and had 0 issues with the shipping.
Other than than that I like JM.
This was the first time I ordered coins from any company. I received everything I ordered and it was very timely. Ordering on the internet was very easy and I would certainly choose the company again if I wanted to order something in the future.
It was a good one although I was not aware of the 4% Transaction Fee for using my Platinum Visa Card...a Rookie mistake on my part I though it would be 1 or 2% and of course I made it worse on myself by purchasing under $500.00 so shipping was on me and added on more ignorance I paid 7% Sales Tax cause I live in Florida...so bottom line I paid 37.36 per 1oz Generic Silver Round...SO I THEN PUNISHED MYSELF MORE BY POUNDING MY HEAD UNTO THE KITCHEN TABLE FIVE TIMES...now hopefully that POUNDED THE "FOMO" OUT OF ME FOR GOOD...but other than that the Rounds all (13) were in perfect condition (NEW) thank you JM BULLION/GOD BLESS...now does anyone have any Ibuprofen for this HEADACHE?
We're living in trouble times and it's a good idea to not put all your eggs in one basket so I purchased small denominations of gold because they will be easier to trade with them if needed.
