I place the order on the Friday just as you were closing. Over the weekend I decided to cancel. I called you first thing Monday morning as soon as you opened and tried to cancel the lady told me I couldn't cancel the order. It was not even process for shipping. Greedy.
Order never showed up even though it was stated as delivered. It was rather strange how it all evolved. After 2 months of waiting it suddenly showed up in the community mail box. I suspect it had been delivered to the wrong address (it's an HOA community with multiple mailboxes.) and who ever received it finally delivered it. Even so it was nice of JMBullion to stay on top of the problem trying to track down the delivery. I am a novice investor in silver and have made several purchases from this company and have enjoyed ordering with them.

I missed the 1st FedEx delivery due to an important meeting. FedEx prompts you that can go to their facility after a specific time later in the day. However, I remembered wording in your shipping section on the JM site not to that but wait till the next day and FedEx came down our quiet street and I had just sat down on the porch so easy as pie delivery for their signature delivery.
I always get what I ordered in a timely manner. Praise God.
