The company has garnered a reputation for quality products and a diverse selection, with many customers expressing satisfaction with the craftsmanship and fit of their purchases. The try-on program is particularly praised for its convenience. However, concerns frequently arise regarding shipping delays, issues with sizing accuracy, and inadequate customer service, especially in handling returns and exchanges. While some customers report a positive experience with responsive support, others indicate a lack of follow-up on complaints. Overall, the company demonstrates potential but must address service inconsistencies to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.

UN VESTITO MERAVIGLIOSO COME NELLA FOTOGRAFIA, CHE LO COMPERATO PER MATRIMONIO DI MIA FIGLIA CHE SARA A GENAIO.
GRAZIE PER TUTTO QUELLO CHE FATE.
After searching department stores and returning 2dresses, I discovered JJs House. There were so many beautiful choices, all reasonably priced. I decided on a custom fit dress in burgundy. Beautiful, elegant, AND comfortable! I received many compliments. Customer service was top notch.
Dress I ordered had a flaw in it. The under garment of the dress was sewn on inside out. There response was to give me 20% back and take it to a seamstress and have them repair it. This would have cost more then the dress. So after a month of negotiating they have come up the with the offer of 40% back and keep the dress (which I don't know what I would do with it) or a 50% coupon for another dress (which I would never buy from them again. Horrible customer service. I don't know why anyone would have to negotiate the return of a flawed product. Unacceptable.
I ordered a custom fit dress for my sons wedding that was in September Dress fit perfectly thanks jjs house for the great service
When I make a purchase online, especially at a high price I expect the item I purchased to be perfect or pretty close to it. Unfortunately this wasnt the case. When I asked to exchange it they said they could only offer me a 10% off coupon for my next purchase. I had to state how I was unhappy with this offer and then they said they would offer me 20% off my next purchase. Its a very long process when dealing with them because they are in China so when you write to them you only receive a response the next day. So each day I had to negotiate my return. Only after giving some bad reviews did they agree to refund me for my dress. Unfortunately my dress is for a wedding I am in so I have to repurchase the dress from them in another size. So again I am paying shipping and duty. So even though I am getting a refund for the dress, I am still paying a lot of other fees. My advice is to really be sure of your purchase because returning or trying to exchange is a pain in the butt!
Even through they state they take returns within 7 business days, they wont initially. You have to go on the review sites and post about it to get them to work with you. I just shipped the dress back to China and by changing my original review (to this) and changing the stars to 3 they will refund my money. All of this could have been avoided in the first place... its called doing good business from the start. Seems rare these days.
After many e-mails back and forth with this company and several uncomplimentary reviews by me, I was promised a full refund without having to return the item. I look forward to receiving that refund and will then be satisfied with their service and how things were eventually resolved.
After lots of back and forth and posting negative reviews of my situation on multiple websites, JJs house agreed to allow me to return the items with refund and for me to pay to mail them to a US address, instead of me paying to mail them to China. They wanted me to reverse my reviews posted, which I initially refused, but it is only fair to update this.
We ordered a dress for my 15- year-old daughter for her big and important day and it was a mistake. The dress was not the right size nor the material was good enough compared to the prize. The saddest thing is that they didnt accept to return the dress and give our money back. Lousy site for young people and their money. My daughter is so dissappointed.
Besutiful site, terribke service, lots of mistakes on custom made dresses and no responsibility for returns. They have an incredibly complex method for returning something and it requires about 8 e-maila before they send you the form... only it isn't a form, it's instructions how to send something back. Even when it is their mistake, they will not refund the shipping costs. Complete waste of time. No telephone support.
Do not order from this company unless you can afford to wait 3 weeks to month for a refund. And only IF they decide to send you a refund. Poor quality workmanship and fabric. Terrible quality. Colors are not accurate. I ordered Burgundy and got a red color not even in the color wheel, it was an undescribable red color, probably compare it to the a mixture of blush and watermelon... it was Awful! A month later, countless emails, and threatening to leave negative reviews on the return policy, they sent me a refund minus the shipping cost. It was $20 to return it so, I got back $80 out of $125. Never ever again!
I ordered a mother of the bride dress from JJ's House. The dress was floor length instead of tea length as advertised, was made of poor quality material and it was at least 2 sizes smaller than it stated. They will not refund the purchase price and told me I could take it somewhere to have it altered if it didn't fit. They had no problem taking my money but once that occurred, they washed their hands of all responsibility to provide the garment as advertised. I would never do business with them again!
Their sizing is WAY OFF. They do not honor their return policy... they say dresses are "CUSTOM" made even if your order Regualr sizes and then only over "20% coupon to use again on their site. Bull$#*! company will be reporting it to my credit card company and FTC.
They are fighting me on my return.
Measurements are wrong and the torso is tiny which is unfixable
Not as advertised.
DO NOT USE
They are offering 25% for a useless dress
Will remove review after they finally agree to issue a real refund
I made claim 4 days after delivery
Well within their 7 day policy!
The dress I ordered was received BUT was way too short for a grandmother of the bride to wear! The height measurement I sent was 66.5 inches and the dress was made at 64 inches. It is a knee length dress and I had sent instructions to add 2 inches below the knees. You can imagine how this turned out. I cannot wear the dress in this condition. I have contacted them numerous times via email and through chat sessions. No one has replied and I now have put through a claim with PayPal. Hopefully this will get their attention for a full refund. Not a good way to do business or get referrals by ignoring the customer! BEWARE... they do not stand behind their refund policy.
On 16 August 2017 I ordered a pair of shoes from JJs House. I paid for Expediated Shipping and expected them within 3-6 days delivered to Australia.
I received an email on 21 August from JJs House telling me the shoes had been shipped! Not what I expected, but still in the 6 day Expediate delivery window. Then problems arose with Toll Priority the company JJs House used to ship my shoes. They would not leave the parcel unless someone was home to sign for it. I was advised by Toll Priority to fill out a form authorising delivery without signature and was told the parcel would be redelivered next day (29 August). Long story short as of today I still have not received my shoes due to the glaring incompetence of Toll Priority. Not JJs House fault... no not really, but I did pay them extra for Expediated Shipping! Not Toll Priority - I paid JJs House. When I emailed JJs customer service department to let them know I thought the Expediated Shipping was a scam the response I received was laughable... I was told it took 7-8 days to tailor?... tailor what? I did not order clothing! Then the emailed closed with 'I suppose it will arrive right soon'. Your customer service representative, Judy Tu, obviously hasn't checked the order number supplied. As a first, and possibly last time customer, I am thoroughly disillusioned with JJs House delivery promises and time constraints. The shoes as it stands are superfluous to my needs now as the event they were purchased for has been and gone, but my anger and disappointment with JJs House and Toll Priority is alive and well.
I ordered the "Trumpet/Mermaid V-neck Court Train Tulle Lace Wedding Dress" and what I have received was not what I had expected, so I returned the item without any problem and received my refund within a few business days. Even though the dress was a disappointment I would like to point out, that their customer service is excellent. They always got back with me and processed the refund quickly.
In addition, I have ordered shoes and accessories from them which met my expectations. So I would like to highlight that their exceptional customer service and other items made up for the dress.
I absolutely had to share the positive experience my daughter had when ordering from JJsHouse. We ordered a dress for her on August 15th and received it on August 23rd! The dress was for a Sorority event; not for a wedding. We picked a dress that had to be custom fit to her, and it fits PERFECTLY! So happy we found this vendor online because a bridal shop would have been a six week turnaround, and we only had about three weeks. Definitely going to order from them again, but I do recommend that you pay the extra $19.99 for a custom fit.
I ordered a pair of high heal sandals and was really disgusted when they came in. The shoes looked NOTHING like the pictures. There were no soles on them. The insoles are pealing up. The lace is stained. The shoe isn't seated correctly. The shoes are not the size I ordered. When I complained to JJsHouse and inquired about a refund I was told I would get store credit, but I would have to pay for return shipping. I don't plan on getting anything from them again. Crappy quality and poor return policy.
Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.
Answer: I do not get my refund money either and I have emailed several emails to your useless customer service. Worst service I have ever had in my life!
Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.
Answer: Linda Buyer you should be ashamed of yourselve, and your company! Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!
Answer: WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not follow the return policy they have listed. I contacted them within the week of receiving the dresses that I ordered and they want to just give you a discount to buy more of their items.
Answer: Good decision! You cannot trust all those good reviews on their website because they will not post anything that has anything negative to say. It's pointless. I hope you had a beautiful wedding if it's already occurred and that you loved your wedding gown.
Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
Answer: No easy returns! Please don't risk!
