I ordered a bridesmaid dress from JJ's and obviously it's a cheaper website so I wasn't expecting high quality but the dress I got is a DIFFERENT dress than pictured on the site, the title of the dress is specifically "split front" implying a wrap front top as pictured, and it's tightly sewn with the waist hitting in a completely different location. I posted a review on the site stating the same which was removed within a few hours of my posting it. In addition, it cost $35 duties for me to receive the purchase in Canada.
NEVER BUY FROM HERE! They just take your money! Ordered my wedding dress but it never arrived. Still, they will not refund the money. They send the same standard e-mails saying that it has arrived at my local postoffice and is just waiting to be picked up. I have spoken with My postal service 3 times, they have never received the parcel and cannot trace the parcel with the parcel number I've received, but say I need to contact the sender! It is just a struggle, jjshouse does not move! Never buy from here, it will save you a lot of money and frustration. Waste of money!

PLEASE dont buy any dresses etc from this company, I was sceptical wish I had listened to my instincs, I e- mailed to cancel my order within 12 hours of ordering because I realized that it would not arrive in time, however, they still shipped iy 6 weeks later, OMG I could not believe what I was looking at, the dress looked like a 5 year old child had sewn it together, it was frayed and looked like a piece of rag, it looked stunning in the picture, all I can say is a load of SCAMMERS, dont ofder anything! There was no returns label for me to send it back.

The quality is cheap and the company is not refunding me! I was told the order was canceled with in minutes of ordering and days later it was charged and shipped after I talked to a live person. They are doing nothing to assist!
I have edited my review because once I was able to connect with the right customer service rep and also after posting this review the company did the right thing by refunding me and allowing me to send the dress back. They were apologetic and even followed up after I didn't return the item pretty quickly. With this development I believe that they deserve a better rating as the quality of the dress was good.

The wedding my daughter was in got postponed due to Coronavirus and they refuse to refund me for the dress. She is 6 and will not fit into the $80 dress I purchased. I was a refund and they simply tell me it's outside the 14 days window. Unreal. This is a unique situations and we are already sad the wedding is delayed. There should be more compassion and doing the right thing by the customer not their bottom line. I will NEVER do business with them again and I warn you against buying anything from them as well. They don't care about their customers.
They sent the wrong dress color and there is a mistake in the dress seem. I was able to send it back with a prepaid shipping label. It took forever to get to them. They said because it was haulted by the COVID-19 I didn't have to wait for them to get it. They gave me the promo code to get the right dress so I wouldn't; t have to deal with refunds and such. My promo code didn; t work in at check out. Ugh! But they gave me the refund. So they fixed all my issues. They were nice about it. They understand technology mistakes. So very nice. I would order from them again.
This is $73.40 I will not be getting back. I ordered this pair and one other pair of shoes for an upcoming wedding. However, the rhinestones were falling off this one and the other pair of shoes were bent at the arches with creases from the box being damaged. I contacted JJHouse and was told to send both pairs of shoes back for a refund. I did so, and never recieved the refund. Also, the dispute from my credit card wouldn't carry through because "everything was apparently resolved". They have the two pairs of shoes and my money. Weddings are stressful and expensive enough without having to go through this. Don't buy your shoes here.
Was searching websites for dresses. Saw the ad for JJshouse.com. Read only great reviews which now I believe were fake. Saw that shipping was in 2 to 6 days. Paid. Got email that my dress was going to be shipped in 40 days!?!. I was shocked. Cancelled my order. This company refused to cancell. They insisted I accept delivery of the dress when it arrives and then ASK permission to return it! This is where you get screwed as they tell you they can't accept made to order dresses. I odered a standard dress. Guess what? They tell you all their dresses are custome made. You can never return a dress that doesn't fit nor will you ever get a refund! I have notified ecommerce, google ads, Better Business Bureau, Consumer affairs in Hong Kong and Federal trade commission for unfair trade practices and false advertising. We all neeD to help each other and spread the word to prevent BULLYING on the web.
Two bridesmaid dresses ordered, date of shipment passed so chased them to receive a response about covid 19 causing problems with shipment. Stated clearly that a delivery date 2 weeks after the wedding was no good (!) a refund within 15 working days was promised. Clearly they lied because the dresses arrived today (the wedding was 7th March). Now telling me a refund label will be issued. Please order from Next or ASOS their service level was amazing as were the dresses. No pictures because the dresses remain folded in the packaging they arrive in.
Do NOT do custom sizing. They got multiple of my friends dresses wrong. And if you do custom and even if they mess up you only get back 40 percent. Horrible. And good luck getting any contact with them. You can only email and they won't respond.

Warning! This company will take your money and ignore your requests with customer service. I ordered a dress for a wedding from this company. Dresses for a wedding must arrive by a certain time! The company told me that because of the Corona Virus, my shipment would be late. Fine. Cancel my order! I tried FIVE different times to cancel my order and was given the run around. Today, weeks after the original order, I received a text from a burn number to tell me my dress, that I no longer need, is on the way!. Very bad service! Do not order from this company. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I have asked this company for a full refund at least 4 times but I get no answers! They once wrote to say they would get back to me within 24 hours but I have heard nothing! They won't even acknowledge that they received my cancellation and my asking for a refund! I am within the time limit to cancel this order for a full refund!
I have ordered dresses that are very important for a wedding. Fortunately, I have ordered in time but JJ's House is making me worry tremendously as their customer service is completely unresponsive and it cannot be reached through Facebook, tickets or phone. Reconsider ordering here.
Update April 2020 - we did eventually get in touch and I recieved the dresses on time. They are amazing!
Never shop with JJ House! This is the worst online shopping experience I have even had! I have been waiting since the 12th February for a refund! Their communication is horrendous! The stress this experience is causing is awful they promised my refund and I still do not have it!

I decided to cancel my order within their 24hour cancellation period for a full refund. I emailed them my cancellation request, cancelled online, cancelled on live chat and facebook messenger. They promised confirmation in 24hours but its now been a week and no confirmation they will cancel my order and refund me in full.
They keep offering me to keep the order and provide some discount. I have told them clearly to cancel the order but to no avail. I have reported this fraud to my bank and i would not recommend anyone use this company. I am now out of pocket by over £400 for my wedding.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them in January. Reached out a month later to check the status. They had an automated agent tell me about how everything is on a halt due to the virus. I was extremely annoyed because they didn't bother to communicate anything till i reached out. They then proceeded to tell me I'd receive my item AFTER the wedding so i told them i wanted a refund. It took them about two weeks to send me an email to tell me they'll start a claim for my refund. I reached out almost everyday for another month chasing my refund then they had the nerve to say sorry we didn't process your claim so we shipped your item. After they guaranteed me a refund time and time again. I ended up having to dispute with my bank. They are horrible.
I ordered a bouquet for my daughters wedding the end of January. I was told it would be shipped by 24th Feb. Contacted through their online chat on the 27th as Item still said pending was promised item would arrive in Australia by 6th March. Contacted again on 2nd March as was still pending and was told item would not be shipped till 16th March due to corona virus. I cancelled order and received a ticket number for cancellation and was told would be contacted in 72 hours for refund. On the 4th March received email asking me to reconsider cancelling and item would now arrive by 26th March. I replied stating I still wanted to cancel and full refund as my daughters wedding is the 20th March. On the 11th March receive email saying it is now to late to cancel as item was sent that day then the 12th March receive email with shipping details. I contacted them again with cancellation number and was told shipping would be cancelled and refund given. Receive an email on the 14th March saying it now can't be cancelled. It is now going through dispute with paypal as what is the good of a bouquet after wedding and they have apparently shipped item 9 days after me cancelling. I also had paid for expedited shipping. Do not order from this company unless you want to fight for your money back.
You do not deserve this 1 star, but it was my only option. I've tried for 3 days to cancel my order and all you do is ignore my "ticket". Your live chat is worthless, it's like talking to an automated system. I want a complete refund and I will never order from you again. I will definitely make sure to warn everyone about your business practices and how you ignore your customers. Why have a cancel button of it's not even truly an cancel button. It's amazing how quickly you took payment though. Shady business that needs shut down.
I ordered a wedding veil from this site and it said it would ship in 3-4 days-when I didn't get it or hear anything after 2 weeks I opened a ticket-told them I needed tracking info. This was NOT a special order. It was a plain veil. They responded that I would get that info when it shipped. I told them if I didn't get it by February 14th to cancel it because I couldn't use it. They responded with the Corona Virus BS and I would get it by 3/4 so once again I told them to cancel the order. Then on March 7 I started getting DHL shipping notices. I contacted them again and said I wouldn't pay for it. It was delivered anyway. The Attorney General needs to get involved and shut this site down and put these people out of business. We have started a Facebook page and I will use that to send to my state Attorney General and see if it can be pushed up. If they cannot act ethically they should not be allowed to do business in the US. I can't use this veil. It's too late. I can use my money they fleeced out of me.

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
