I ordered all my wedding attire and accessories from jjshouse, and everything came well packaged and well made. No complaints from me at all. Customer service was great as well. I would definitely recommend them, and purchase from them again.
I never received the dress that I ordered. Ordered it on Jul 31st to wear to a backyard wedding, and it still hasn't arrived yet. The wedding has definitely passed. Paid for slightly expedited shipping to get it here on time. The order number given to me to the track the package only led me to a page that showed where it was shipped, not where it was on the route. For $18.00 shipping, you'd think there's better tracking.
After I contacted USPS (this task per JJ's House customer service request), my building's management company to check security and asked my neighbors, their two options for a solution are 40% refund of the item or 50% credit of the dress value. What a laugh. I understand that it's not their fault if USPS screwed up, but given the lousy tracking system on the site and the fact they probably mark up the sale prices of the dresses a lot from the costs of materials etc, the best that can be done is 40-50% refund or store credit? And it's MY job to file a complaint against USPS, not their job apparently.
It also looks like admin deleted my complaint on their "community" page- how sketchy of this company.
Never purchasing from here ever again. And honestly considering reporting them to Better Business Bureau. Ridiculous.

Avoid JJsHouse, it's a scam! Ordered a dress and it was not what expected when trying to return I could not a hold if anyone. Chat could not help. So I emailed them and received a call at 2am! They advertise worry-free return policy and it's been all worry. They refuse to take anything back even the products are still in packages. It's a scam! Customer service stalling and chat not accepting all messages. The call was very weird and creepy and made me very uncomfortable. Don't waste your money here. The products aren't good and you won't get a return or any help.

BEWARE. This company is a scam and fraud. I am getting married in Oct and ordered my mother a dress from here and she passed away last week and I wrote them to cancel her dress 8 days before they shipped it out and they want to give me back only 40% of the dress cost and me to pay shipping cost when it hasn't even shipped yet. I will write as many bad reviews as possible and seek legal council. I will make this my full time job to let everyone know how they do business.

I Ordered this dress a year ago expecting to get married in April. Due to covid 19 we didn't get married until August.
Throughout this time the dress was left in a box but came out crease free!
I ordered a size 12 and I'd say it's true to size although quite long! I'm 5ft 6 and with 4 inch heels it was just about the right length. I also had the sleeves taken in slightly for a closer fit but that wasn't essential.
I felt amazing in it and have had so many compliments... extremely happy with my purchase.

Did order the 10 of juli 2020 and the dress did not show up they are refusing to give me my money back but should give me 10 prosent of from the next sale they also tryed to offer me the freight money back but not for the dress 180 dollar. Am pissed of will bever order here again

After finding the perfect dress for my sons wedding on JJ's House website, I couldn't wait to order that perfect dress! Then I started reading many negative reviews, I was really disappointed and scared to order from them, but my husband and mother told me to try it. I reluctantly did. Communication with them was good, they notified me when to expect it to be made, date it shipped, and delivery was sooner than I expected. When it arrived, I was so excited. I tried it on and it fit just the way I wanted it to! I LOVE IT! So glad I went ahead and ordered it!

Do not order from them. I ordered and it shows pending on my credit card. They email me saying there's a problem and they want me to send them a copy of my credit card AND a form of ID ( like my driver's license or passport). I emailed them three times telling them to cancel the order and informed my credit card company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I love my dress from JJshouse although I did use the custom measurements which meant alterations for me because you have to be really good with a measuring tape. The work is quality, you can tell that they are at least partly handmade. I would order another dress from them but only in a standard size.

I ordered a custom size dress for my daughter's wedding. I had my measurements taken by an actual Tailor as well as My daughter and my husband but it was a total waste of time because they made the dress the size that they wanted it to be. The waist of the dress was almost 3 inches too big, The Bra cups they put into it were noticeably uneven and the ham was more than 6 inches too long. I took pictures of the dress and the measurements I had taken a screenshot of my order with the correct numbers on it prior to purchasing the dress. I measured the dress, took pictures with the tape measure and sent everything to them and it took me five days of arguing with them to get 50% back There was no way to argue with them beyond emails because they're located in China. The dress that I picked out had rhinestones and sequins on the bodice however it was never made clear that some of the rhinestones would be pink. Being that the dress is green those all need to be replaced. The dress that they said would cost me $156 Has now cost me in alterations and corrections a total of $572. Stay away from them. It is the absolute truth that I would leave photos for everyone to see but they're on my phone and I'm using my iPad. The best thing for you to do is to just stay away.
I ordered a dress here. Spending around 2-300 dollars. Not to mention expedited shipping. So it ships. Supposed to get here in 2-4 days. Bull. Estimated delivery date isn't until the 18.11 days after. They just want their money. "They can offer you a 50% refund on shipping; and a 40% refund if your dress is lost"

I ordered a dress with a jacket for my daughters wedding and asked if it would be done by August 15. Initially it took a few days since it was custom to get the right measurements but after the measurements were submitted my dress was made. It is absolutely beautiful and fits great. I am very pleased with the quality of work it took to make my dress. Can't wait to wear it. I now have 3 dresses made by JJHOUSE and they are all equally beautiful and fit great.

Took forever to receive itam. And if you have to do a return forget about it. They make it so difficult, you have to get a return ticket that they say is only good for 14 days but they will close return ticket early and you have to do it all over again and then wait for them to email it they are in no rush, and once you get the return form and postage emailed to you, you mail it and have to go to you ticket on there site and submit tracking number but ticket will probably be closed AGAIN. I THEN HAD TO DO THE LIVE CHAT AGAIN and she side she'd submit another return ticket and even tho I told her I already mailed it I didn't need ticket I needed to submit return tracking number to get my refund she just said,, yes yes they will contact me and to just wait,, we'll see, sounds like a lot of crap to me, I'm probably out my $40 bucks, will never order anything From this place again!

Being a COVID bride I was strapped for time and availability for many things. I needed a veil but was unsure what would look good with my dress so ordering online I wanted to get multiple. Minutes after ordering I received an email saying I can only buy one of the three veils and need to pick which one to be shipped and if it doesn't work I can return it for others. I chose one and 2 months later (a month after estimated delivery) still do not have it. My tracking status online the last update is from July 2 "linehaul picked up". When I contacted customer service their response was that "it was delivered" (even though tracking status still has not changed and no product). So instead of having a few options for a veil next weekend I will not be wearing one at all.

I ordered shoes back in June, they took quite some time to arrive and when the arrived I knew straight away they needed returning because of being so narrow. For the past week I have been trying to get a return sheet and they keep sending out the exact same email about a link to a ticket, I cannot access this ticket through a link, by either my phone, my partners phone or on the laptop. Nothing is working, the screen just goes blank. I have emailed about this happening and now I'm getting no reply. Not one bit happy after spending a considerate amount of money and now it's proving difficult to be able to get a return form let alone my money back!

I didn't know I would be paying for DHL services when I had already paid CAD 22 for shipping.The materials are lighter than I expected and one of them is open at back, which was not shown in the pics by the model. Quite disappointed.

The dress arrived TWO MONTHS AFTER the intended wedding event. When I tried to return the (NON CUSTOM) dress, I was told they would not give me a full refund. Customer Service was difficult to reach and when I did they were NOT HELPFUL. I've now wasted over $150 on a dress that I'll never use. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

I am getting married in a couple months and ordered 3 junior bridesmaid dresses for my daughters, my bridal heels and some other wedding accessories. The reviews on JJ'S House website looked pretty legit so I placed an order. I can't say I wasn't nervous about it but I really wanted to save some money on the dresses I ordered. I also thought they were an Australian company because there was an Australian address. But later found out I was wrong. They are in China. I placed my order and everything felt fine until I found reviews on here for JJ'S House which put me into a state of panic. I immediately emailed them expecting them to ignore my communications and not give me any helpful information as alot of reviews on here said they would do BUT that definitely was not my experience at all. They got back to me within 48 hours and assured me of my order. Told me that there was a slight delay but gave me a definitive date they were working towards in despatching my items. Bear in mind we're all in the midst of the pandemic I was still a little sceptical they would be able to keep to their promises. But they came through people! And not only that... As soon as my package arrived in Australia their customer service team sent me an email checking that I had received the goods and to let them know if I was happy with the items. So ok I thought they were being extra attentive because I had communicated i was nervous about the delivery etc. And guys! I was super impressed with the quality of goods that came from them. I ordered a prom dress for my granddaughter who lives in Florida. I ordered the dress. I paid for the dress and stated the dress should be sent to Florida even though I was paying for it, and living in the state of Illinois.
When the dress arrived at my granddaughter's address, it was way, way too big, extremely heavy, and had a cheap, gawdy, ostentatious "plastic," look to it which was supposed to be sequins. Immediate contact with JJ's was made by link. The only thing the link did was connect me to multiple web-sites advertising more of JJ's clothes. Somehow, some way, I discovered to make out a ticket. The ticket stated return options. I simply chose to return the dress on my own. As an aftermath, I had no address in which to mail the dress back to for a return and was told nontheles that a $7.99 return label would be sent to me versus paying another $24.00 U.S. postage. No one ever responded to the ticket. I have never received the $7.99 return label. In the mean-time, I had also mailed my daughter-in-law $24.00 in which to defray the cost of return to JJ's. Altogether, I have spent $48.00 shipping fee plus $120 for a horrifying dress that no one can where. The dress was ordered in May of this year and it is now July, 2020. My next letter will be to the Illinois States Attorney. I feel like a complete moron and idiot for placing my trust, time and all my money with this company. As of yet, I have not yet been able to satisfactorily trace this order number on my Credit Card statement. If I peruse through my checking account at this time, I will lose this Review screen and I do not want that to happen! However, since having much work ahead of me to attain justice, I have no doubt I will get the proof through my checking account and my money back through the Illinois States Attorney. As the old saying goes,

The original dresses sent had such a small neck hole that my 3 year old couldn't even get the 6 year olds dress on. I returned the dresses and tried to order a different style and expected a full refund. When processing the second order the charges were put through to my bank 9 times! I had to cancel my card. A friend ordered replacement dresses for me but since I cancelled my card the company refused to refund my 60% on the original purchase. So, all in all I've spent over $300 on 2 dresses. Should have gone somewhere local. Such terrible customer service!

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
