It seems some people have had a bad experience, mine was actually very good. Of course I was hesitant as I was buying my wedding dress and went over and over the site trying to find pictures and details. I actually bought an amanda wakeley in London in a sale and it just didn't fit me right, so I went back to the dress on JJs house which was one of the first ones I looked at.
I made sure I went to a proper tailor to get measurements and also spoke to them via email to make sure they knew I wanted the best quality fabrics etc.
I was really nervous waiting but the dress arrived and it was gorgeous! Lots of layers of tulle and very good beading work, very heavy and very well made - I had actually seen some in London boutiques which didnt match up at all to this one... I was very pleasantly surprised and now am looking forward to wearing it on my wedding day. Ive actually ordered the veil, ribbons and all the accessories from there now too - especially the personalised ribbon which i think will give the tables a very nice touch. Natasha

I honestly love this site! I've ordered my wedding dress from here and was amazed with the quality! It got to me incredibly quick and the staff were so helpful, I put up photos of my dress so other potential customers could see a more realistic view I guess.
The dress is so beautiful and just like the picture if not better I've got my bridesmaids to order off this site and they love it too. I've put in another order for other things (wedding favours, make up brush kit etc) and I am soooo excited to see it:)

I bought a custom made wedding dress and a veil from there. When the dress came in, I had to pay a shipping fee $42.04 for it, the delivery guy said that it was imposed from the sender. The veil wasn't in the box. 2 days later, the veil came in. Another payment of $42.04 was asked by the delivery guy. A total of $84.08 for shipping! Why couldn't they send it together? The dress does not fit me at all. It's 2 sizes bigger than me. It looks nothing like picture. It's cheaply made and poor quality. I guess I get what I paid for. Now i've to find another dress for my wedding

I ordered a wedding dress as well as a underskirt and veil from this site. The dress was custom made to my own size- and it fits very well! I would be careful about giving your height, make sure you give enough because it's always better if your dress is too long than too short. The dress came fast and looked very much like the picture (not EXACTLY) and many of my friends have been impressed with the quality. It is hard though to order a dress you haven't ever tried on... I have to do some alterations on it now just to make it perfect.

I bought four chiffon bridesmaids dresses in the colour 'grape'. All different styles. Well, only one dress is the same as the colour sample of 'grape', the rest are lighter. All the underlays are different shades of purple, there are stains on two of the dresses as well. Under a camera flash they all look like different colours, and one dress is noticeably darker. My bridesmaids will not be able to wear these. Also, one of the underlay hems is sewn all crooked with a big extra flap of fabric. I will be trying to get a refund on these. Very disappointed, I will not buy from this website again.

Update 12 Feb 2014: Adam from jjs house contacted me right away and offered me a full refund. I sent back the dresses today and Adam called me tonight to tell me that the funds would go into my account tomorrow. I am very impressed with the customer service from Adam and jjs house. I did have to pay to ship the dresses back, but I am still happy that I can get a full refund. Thank you Adam for your service. I have changed my review to four stars.

I ordered a dress last night on jjhouse for my daughters wedding. After ordering, I read the customers reviews at jjhousereviews.com. I know, I should of read the reviews before ordering but they have a little clock ticking at the top of their site that says if you order within this time frame you will get a discount. Boy, did they see me coming and because I am on a tight budget, I thought I would get a beautiful dress for a reasonable price so I placed my order. I went back on jjhouse website to cancel my order however it's not happening. I called the phone number on their site and left a message, I messaged them several times thru their "my inquires" link and also messaged them thru their "cancel order here" twice. My bank said they can't stop the charges for 45 days because the company has 45 days to dispute the charges. My daughters wedding is in 60 days and I have no other money to buy another one. I need advise/help from you now please. I just don't know what to do.

I ordered a wedding dress from jjs in ivory when it came the dress was white tried to contact jjs to return this dress but couldnt. I paid for this dress through paypal@ so far jjs have offered me £40 which i have rejected there is noway i can wear this dress for my wedding my colour scheme is ivory@ pink the dress stands out like a sore thumb would complety ruin my day i have asked for a full refund@ shipping charges will let u no how i go on at the moment i havent got a dress to wear on my wedding day. I will have to buy another dress which i cant really afford to do unless i get a refund. I didnt need all this hassle so please be aware of this site i wish i had imust admit adam@ jjshouse took on my case@ im happy to say after negosiations jjshouse refunded my money thanks adam
