I placed an order beginning of May, today 30th May, I still have NOT received my order! Since 2 days, I even get NO feedback anymore at all. I'm beginning to think that I have lost my money!
I ordered a dress from your site and had some concerns about delivery time but your customer service not only answered my concerns in a timely matter but I was very pleased with the answer I got :)
All I can say is awesome! I love my dress! Delivery was fast, the color and size was on point. During that stressful time, u allowed my bridal party and I to be at ease atleast about our dresses. I will definitely buy again and tell everyone about this site.
Thanks JJ's house, because of you I have NOTHING TO WEAR TO MY PROM. Thanks. Just thanks. I ordered 2 weeks in advance and ordered expedited shipment, meaning it would arrive in 3 - 5 days. Oh, but look on their site, in the fine print it says their PROCESSING time is 11+ business days, and this is PRIOR to shipping time. This is deliberately misleading.
Just thanks for ruining what could have been a special day in my life. I hope you're happy, I'm going to trash this business on every review site I can find because I am very angry and very heartbroken.

I just cannot believe that you are charged for shipping both when ordering and then on arrival! Also really disappointing to see the dress isnt the one that is pictured on the website. Such a shame and a waste of money! I received the dress yesterday and want to start the return process today. I only hope they contact me quickly and the return process is done in a timely and efficient manner and a refund processed. Judging by other experiences, I can see I am going to have to take this further (complain to Paypal) however I really hope I dont have to take this route.
UPDATE:
I was suprisingly treated very well by the customer services representative Adam. He was extremely helpful and processed a full refund, allowed me to keep the dress and provided me with a $20 voucher for the site. Overall I am very happy with the way my refund issue was handled, I just think that it could all be avoided if the website used actual images of the dresses that they have made to provide potential purchasers with a more realistic idea of what their dresses will look like on arrival.

I had a terrible experience. I paid for expedited delivery, the dresses were late. The package came with a COD charge because it was from China, yet another unpleasant surprise associated with this company. When they replied to my email, they said that I had to pay the COD and that if I chose to return the dresses they would refund 40% of my cost. Thankfully I contacted UPS and PAYPAL, they have disputed the transaction.
Weeks later: My issue with JJshouse has been resolved. Thank you to Paypal for standing behind me and Adam at JJsHouse. I still regret the time wasted disputing this.

I can't believe the comments I was reading last week about this site. My dress for my 18th birthday party arrived today and I am absolutely delighted with it! It's top quality, well lined and made with lovely material. The dress is also true to the picture on the website. I was quite worried about the arrival of the dress due to the many negative reviews on this site and other websites. I know there were some positive reviews for JJ's House too, but they were outnumbered by the bad reviews. Well, this dress is made of very good quality material, the satin skirt is well lined and made of nice, thick satin and three layers of lovely netting on top - pink, then beige in between then another layer of pink netting. The bodice is also lovely with lots of lovely sparkly beading and well sewn on the beading is. Stitching good quality too and comes with a built in bra which gives a good shape. Well worth the money. The delivery was prompt too - I live in Ireland and the dress came from China in 8 days by DHL Courier. There was an import charge of €25 payable to the Courier upon delivery at the door. This was not mentioned on the site at time of ordering, so just be aware of that. I know this dress will be lovely on the night of my party and I will treasure it for years to come and can wear it to a wedding or special occasion. If I'm looking for another dress sometime, I will definitely be buying from JJ's House again, with no hesitation. Thank you JJ's House! Lovely dress and fits really well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. You will NOT get what you ordered and they will not issue a full refund if they send you the wrong thing. (they did offer me 20% like everyone else says here. I sent them a photo with a tape measure across the dress to prove it was too small. They said I measured wrong, although you can clearly see I measured the widest part of the dress. They say it should vary by no more than two inches but mine is off by four inches. If you look carefully at all of the positive reviews, you will see that many of them are poorly written and don't make sense. I wonder if this might be the ones that they write themselves? Not sure about that. But I believe they will post a reply to this about how concerned they are that I am not happy. So when they do, I will promise to update this with what happens next. Meanwhile if you can't resist and order anyway then realize you may be throwing away your money.

BEWARE OF HIGH HIDDEN COSTS! I wish I'd read some of the interviews on this site before ordering. Had I done it I would've avoided it at all cost. I was just informed (through a text message to my phone) that my order has now arrived and I am to pay an extra 1060 SEK (about 160 us dollars!), and that is on TOP of the 40 dollar I already spent on shipping! I was NOT made aware of this extra cost before ordering which is completely unacceptable! No legit and honest business should operate this way and I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I'm very tempted to not pay those fees and to not pick up those two dresses as I'm not even sure they will meet my expectations. My advice to you? Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

DO NOT BUY A DRESS OFF THIS WEBSITE! Clothes are cheaply made and much poorer quality then the website shows. Also, read the fine print, they will only accept a return if your dress arrived damage. Otherwise NO REFUNDS! Even with the ticket still on. I complained about the dress quality and all I got was a very long message about how they think their quality is great. This is a very amateur move and the only response I expected from a website that would send a cheaply made dress then off little to no options for returns.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
