I am from Sweden and I was a bit sceptical about ordering my wedding dress from another country. But I read some reviews about JJ: s and took a chance. And I dont regret it at all. The service is excellent, I hade many questions and JJ: s answered them quick and polite. After only one week and two days the dress came. I ordered it customed sized and it fits like a glove. The fabric feels expensive and luxourius. The dress is just amazing! I will tell all my friends about JJ: s! Thank you for making me the most important dress in my life!

After reading several reviews I was cautious about ordering but after receiving the dress I am very happy. Colour and style exactly as shown on the website. All up it took 2 weeks from ordering to receiving (probably missed a busy time). No issues with delivery - from China to New Zealand in 6 days.
Fabric and craftsmanship of good quality. Would definitely consider using again

Customer Support was great, Had trouble with getting the measurements right but the support for the service department was very helpful. My dress is a perfect fit. The support group was very patient and helpful. This is very much appreciated in such a stressful time. I would order from JJsHouse again and recommend them too.

***UPDATE***Please refer to my review on 6/27/14 which is listed below.
After SEVERAL correspondences back and forth with the company with SEVERAL reps, I was offered a full refund on 1 of the 2 dresses and a store credit for the unexpected COD charge (Which will most likely never be used due to this experience). This actually does not rectify my initial concerns (see below), but was a compromise I accepted based on what I was offered.

***Dress color was NOT EVEN CLOSE to what they have posted. I understand " slight variations" due to materials and "computer images being different". HEAR me when I say this was NOT the case. Claimed it was due to different materials on dress (Chiffon & satin). Requested the dress in Ocean Blue. The Chiffon was turquoise & the satin was... if I had to come up with something CLOSE I would say MAYBE periwinkle at best. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? IF they are unable to secure fabric that is closer in shade THEY SHOULD NOT OFFER THIS DRESS IN THIS HUE! SIMPLY state it isn't available. In addition our dresses arrived with a STRONG FISH SMELL! Followed there refund procedures with both a phone call AND a service ticket immediately. Was told to simply hang the dresses to air out & they'd only provide a 10% refund. 10%?!?!?! NOT acceptable. The product was m is - represented and you are trying to justify with PAT answers.
Let's not even get into the $48 COD charge I was hit with upon delivery that I new NOTHING about!

I am extremely disappointed in this online store i ordered a wrap for my mum for my wedding, when i received the wrap it is clearly the wrong colour i ordered champagne and the wrap is a pink colour i even showed them a photo with the dress(which is champagne) so they could see, after multiple messages i am still unable to receive my full refund (even though their returns policy says if the colour is wrong you are entitled to a full refund) i would not recommend this store to anyone!

Ces chaussures sont aussi belles en vrai que sur les photos!

Non seulement d'être magnifique, elles sont très confortables (pour ma part commandé en 7,6cm de talon) et on ne sent pas la hauteur de talon.

Par contre, j'ai acheté ces chaussures pour porter à un mariage, mais attention ceux sont des chaussures de danse, du coup il n'y a pas vraiment de semelle, le dessous du pieds est en peau (mais solide je vous rassure).

Ceci dit cela ne m'a pas posé de problème, malgré les différents revêtement de sol que j'ai arpenté (goudron, gravier, dalle en bois...) elles n'ont pas bougé et restent très confortable.

Donc encore une fois satisfaite! Merci jj's house!

This is the warning for everybody who accident visit this website! Do not order from this or you're gonna feel sooo sorry for yourself! Last month my friend accidently clicked on this site while checking email. She saw a dress that she thinks it will be perfect for my wedding reception! So I went on and ordered the dress. In about a week I received my dress but nothing like the one shows on the web! The fabric is something you would not want to wear in a wedding and the dress is twice the size I ordered! Then I immediately contacted the site request for the exchange they responded the next day or sometime 3 days later. Every time is someone else respond to the same issue. I bought the dress total $208 now they offer 20% worth for the refund? I requested for the smaller size and willing to pay for shipping and handling not to refund of 20% worth of the merchandise! This site is a rip off one! Be careful!

This company is the shadiest company I have ever bought anything on! STAY AWAY! I am a size 6, measure myself before buying online in accordance with their sizing chart. When I received the dress it was too small.

I contacted them within 7 days, just like they requested in their return policy. They made me take a picture to prove the dress was too small. Once I sent them the picture and continued to follow-up on their requests, they in return sent an email stating that they have a photo of their quality control and it does indeed fit a size 6. I am so insulted and disgusted. I cannot believe they won't take responsibility for a sizing error they made. They offered me a 10% discount when I buy a NEW dress in the correct size from them…hahaha, what a joke. They think I will ever shop there again?

In a day in age where shopping online is so prevalent, I cannot believe there are still companies out there like this. STAY AWAY!

Adam Chen from JJsHouse offered me to refund 100% of the dress. I still have to pay the shipping fees, but at least I feel better about my experience. He is very kind and will go out of his way to help you. I think it shows how important their clients' satisfaction is to them. Thank you Adam!

I bought a dress which arrived in a very reasonable delay, but it didn't fit right. The lining was thick and narrow. Just to say that the dress was very unconfortable and I couldn't imagine wearing it at all. Wanted to return the dress... boy did I have to fight for that! I had to argue and they gave me two options: either they would refund 40% of the dress' value and I could keep it, or return the dress at my own cost and all shipping fees to my expense. Well, sending a package to China costs around 85 to 100$ if you're from Montreal. If you calculate the shipping fees they charge for sending you the dress, the duty fees I paid when I received the dress and the shipping fees to return the dress, it's more than the dress itself! So I had to go for the 40% and I lost a lot of money. All this for a dress that I'm never going to wear. Very, very frustrating. Never buying there again!

I initially had some issues with an order I place at JJsHouse regarding a dress that I ordered. When a representative from the site heard of my complaintand initial negative experience the rep reached out to me immediately to resolve the issue. Not only did they refund me for my original purchase but they also provided me with a 20% coupon off my next purchase. Very cool!

Terrible company!

Terrible company! Firstly I had to pay tax on delivery which wasn't expected and really took the overall price up. The quality of the dress was really poor and the zip was really badly "installed" when I tried to get the dress off the zip ripped away from the material. I contacted the company and they offered me 15% of the cost of the dress saying that the quality was fine and I could get a new zip fitted. On my second attempt at contact they upped it to 20% and told me they do not earn much from the dress and this was a big deal for them! Dreadful company, the grammar of their responses was pretty terrible too! I REALLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO ORDER HOWEVER TEMPTING THE PRICES ARE!

Following this review Adam from JJsHouse contacted me and I was eventually given a full refund

If I could give it half a star I would. I ordered the dress a size to big, knowing full well that issues arise when ordering things online, well to my surprise the dress came and it was to small. They are now telling me that the size chart they use is one of there own creating. The dress also doesn't look like the same one in the picture it's a horrible dress and the customer service is poor. I emailed them as soon as I received the dress and they basically told me to take it to a tailor to get fixed at my own cost. The amount of money I have already spent on the dress and what it would cost to fix the dress I could've had one custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM JJ'S HOUSE.

Amazing! More than i expected! I was really on my nerves because i ordered the dress for my maid of honor and it's just perfect! I am soooo excited for the wedding now and i am sooo relaxed! You guys did an amazing job! I know i can rely and trust your work. The quality is amazing! Also i received really good attention and i got the dress in almost one week! Everyone was really kind to be and they treated me really well! I am soo thankful and glad with my order!

I ordered my 50th birthday dress from jjs house, it came and it was fine. Where I tried it on to my surprise it was way smaller than me I don't understand why because I am a size 12. I contacted jjs house and they I could send it back but I would have to pay for the return, or I could keep the dress and get it altered and they will give me 40% of the dress back. They send me a coupon code for US15, my dress cost £125 and I'm sure US15 is not 40%. I am seriously fuming as this is my 2nd disappointed experience with jjs house

I ordered a dress size 14. Received it yesterday. IT WAS UGLY! Not at all what the picture showed, and the size... well lets just say their size 14 should be a size 12! Wanted to return it only to find out that it CAN"T be returned unless there was some flaw with the dress. You can't return if it is the wrong size! BOGUS! I had ordered another dress a few days after ordering this one ( before I received this one) I contacted them to cancel my order. I was told that my order was being canceled, but that I will only get the shipping charges returned to me not the full price! AGAIN BOGUS! If I was anyone thinking about ordering from this company I WOULD THINK AGAIN!
